Ash showed me what he could do and then said he could create whatever size, color and configuration that I needed. 4 weeks later I have these fabulously handmade ironwood coffee tables with matching die tables. The distressed natural wood, hand-carved doors, subtle turquoise accents, and rustic iron hardware give it so much character without making it feel overly ornate. It is also a very substantial piece with plenty of storage, while still looking elegant enough to become the focal point of the room. I especially love how the natural variations and imperfections in the wood give it an authentic, one-of-a-kind appearance rather than the mass-produced look you see in so much furniture today. Once we decorated around it, the whole room seemed to come together, and actually looks and feels bigger now! This fabulous piece has warmth, master artistry, and a meaningful timelessness about it. This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.

I went back to the store simply asking to exchange the damaged items--not even for a refund--and was shocked by how I was treated. The store manager was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I explained that the items had just been purchased and were already broken, yet I wasn't even allowed to exchange them for undamaged ones. What should have been a very simple customer-service issue turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I shop at Hobby Lobby regularly and have spent plenty of money there over the years, so this was especially disappointing. I understand stores have policies, but there is no excuse for treating a customer rudely when they are simply trying to resolve an issue with damaged merchandise they just purchased. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider shopping at this location again. Management should be setting the example for good customer service--not making customers feel like an inconvenience for bringing back merchandise that was sold broken.

As we drove up, the artfully arranged front exterior beckoned us to discover the treasures awaiting within. We entered and we were in awe. It was beautifully decorated; we did not know where to direct our attention! Everything was tastefully arranged and priced reasonably. There were more items in the back and outside to the rear of the building. We met and chatted with Irma and Trish. They were so sweet and friendly. You can expect superb customer service from them. They're only open once a month since they do have full-time jobs. Irma used to sell out of her house! It's easy to tell the love and attention she readily gives to this absolutely gorgeous shop! Both Irma & Trish love what they do. We had so much fun speaking with them as they were so exuberant! They sold all sorts of Christmas decor, the variety was amazing! I bought some vintage ornaments for my grandson's tree and snowman decor for me. There were so many things I wish I could buy but I live in such a small house with no place to display these treasures. My friend and I had a nice experience here and can't wait to return!
