It was explained to us that our table we purchased from Rustic Homes was not done properly (removing rot, not sealed with commercial grade finish, etc). Also, we had to pay the people that moved our table into our home separately, when we thought the premium price we paid included delivery. All you'll receive is a handwritten sales slip and not a sales contract. Would recommend doing your research of reputable woodworker shops vs Rustic Homes for your living edge furniture.

This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.

My mini monstera and swiss cheese plants were the first two plants I ordered from IvyMay. Happy would be an understatement with my first time experience with IvyMay. I was blown away! Communication with delivery was timely and easy. I love the free local delivery service. I was hooked and recently bought more plants on two separate occasions. The prices are relatively comparable to a store like Pigment and much lower than some of the boutique plant shops in the North Park area, but the quality has always been top notch. One look at the soil and all the new growth on every plant from IvyMay and you'll know what I mean (if you're a plant lover). Best part about IvyMay is the TLC with the plant from before it's delivered to the time it gets to your door. It's a good size store in the old bed, Bath, and beyond building, I believe. Everything is very organized and clean. I hope it stays this way cause the other stores can be kind of a mess. They have a ton of merchandise everything from lamps, to furniture, to bedding, to kids items, to pet goods, to kitchen, to food, to art, to storage, to bathroom, etc. it's overwhelming but in a fun way. We lingered behind while chit chatting, looking at the items on the way when I hear a cashier say "she can help you on 2" (repeated twice in quick succession) with a super rude tone - as we walked past her, she muttered to the guest she was helping "maybe you'd hear me if you weren't so busy chatting". However, if you cannot locate a member of the staff for guidance, you maybe on your own. It would be helpful for a Store Directory to help you on your treasure hunt for your needed supplies. There is a large parking lot that can get congested. Watch for pedestrians that dart out into the crosswalk with too much confidence that all cars will stop and not look both ways before crossing.
