Used to be good. Has fallen down a lot over the years. Not sure why. Seems like the same staff is there.

Everything I buy from them is complete junk and falls apart. Instead of feng shui import they should call it cheap trash import

There's also a TJ Maxx nearby in the Target shopping center if you need more options, because they are owned by the same parent company and therefore sometimes have the same items. This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.

I usually meet up with a friend to explore different things for our houses. Like that they have high end stuff for what feels like a fraction of the price you'd get at World Market or West Elm. After using the restrooms, we started BROWSING. The walkways were a bit narrow so if you see incoming traffic by pedestrians you will have to squeeze by each other quite UNCOMFORTABLY!... It's a warehouse atmosphere with large furniture items that are not sellable at full price. Items are sold AS IS and there are multiples sales here and there. It's worth checking out and I love coming here when I am in the area. Customer service has been great in my opinion. If you're looking for a particularly pricey item is a good place to shop. The smaller kitchen items though aren't as much at a discount and frankly many of the smaller items are at regular price which is disappointing. Great for larger pricey pieces, not worth it for other kitchenware and home decor.

They have a very robust Social Media presence specifically on Instagram, and they always post when they have restocks, tips & tricks, as well as giveaways (I hope I win one soon!). A lot of their prices are pretty reasonable as well! Their shop has expanded greatly, to include potting also for all their adorable plants and other decor... I recently bought a cute moon wall hanging. I definitely recommend them to anyone who asks, purely for the convenience of having them delivery for free, also they are VERY receptive and friendly and willing to give advice if you plant care questions. Last but not least they have the cutest chief plant coordinator: COHEN! Check them out, they are amazing!

My mini monstera and swiss cheese plants were the first two plants I ordered from IvyMay. Happy would be an understatement with my first time experience with IvyMay. I was blown away! Communication with delivery was timely and easy. I love the free local delivery service. I was hooked and recently bought more plants on two separate occasions. The prices are relatively comparable to a store like Pigment and much lower than some of the boutique plant shops in the North Park area, but the quality has always been top notch. One look at the soil and all the new growth on every plant from IvyMay and you'll know what I mean (if you're a plant lover). Best part about IvyMay is the TLC with the plant from before it's delivered to the time it gets to your door. I've been weary about longer distance plant delivery, but IvyMay makes delivery easier and better than an in store experience. I'm looking forward to adding more plants to my collection from IvyMay.
