Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.

In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs.
