Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. I will continuously visit this location as it is a great Houston location for us all. Shout out to the friendly staff We appreciate everything you all do!

Not a good place for Money Laundering, but when it comes to Clothing Laundering, this is your spot…read more Or really, it's not, because we probably won't be back here. We appreciated this laundry being here, but it's expensive and also ate a bunch of our money. And I mean ate. And I mean A BUNCH. LIke, they owe us ten dollars. Jerks. That was a real downside because we don't have that much money to set aside for laundry - especially not with what's going on with the virus. There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.

Then when I arrived to pick up my items the 'open' sign was on but the door was locked and there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they would be back by 3pm. I have been told different prices almost every other time I've been there. My first time there, they quoted me $1.59 per shirt, which I was fine with. I dropped off 5 shirts. When I came to pick it up, I was charged almost $20. I was confused and asked why I was charged so much; the cashier just told me that the owner wrote that price and she didn't know why either. So she fixed the price for me. I went back again and this time, I was helped by the owner. I asked her what they charge for dry cleaning and she told me $1.59 as well. So I thought it was just a mistake, cool. No big deal. I recently dropped off one shirt before an event. Went to pick it up and they tried to charge me almost $4. I asked them why and was told that "oh, because you drop off one item, it's easier to get lost in the process. Next time bring in more than one item." she said something else, but I forgot. Either way, I think it's a very bad business practice. I expressed that to her and I also told her that if that's your policy you should post that somewhere or let your customers know before they use your services. I was told that she'll mention it to the owner. This is also the longest review I've ever written, esp for something like $4-5, but I feel it's important for people to know. Principle ‍
