We pulled off at the next exit and Victory Chevrolet came to our rescue. They immediately took our car in, patched together a semi-permanent fix which took about an hour, and then refused to charge us anything for the labor! Talk about good Samaritans, these guys helped us and then didn't charge us, even though they're likely never to see us again. Thanks Victory Chevrolet service department!

He acts like he is telling everything to you straight and just as transparent as can be but it isn't true. He came back to me with a bunch of mumbo jumbo that I need to pay on top of the listed price a fee for what the service department put into the truck when they received it, something like $1,288 dollars. I asked him about it and he said it is right there on the website. Then he came back to me in response to a request that I had and said "I really battled with my managers for you and I can only get them to do half but I got you 6 free oil changes and tire rotations for free". I went back later and checked the listing we used to find the truck and to set up to go in and see it. NO mention of having to pay for what the service department did with oil change and going over everything to make sure it is in great shape. On top of that the listing had down at the very bottom that the 6 oil changes and tire rotations were already included for free! I was busy at work when I was talking to him and through all of his talk I thought he was shooting me straight and being fair and transparent. I was wrong! Stay away from him. It took me 5 minutes today, once I had some time away from work, to find several other good options. I am glad I didn't sign anything with him!

They REPEATEDLY told him that "a driver will be there in 15 minutes! He waited from 3 PM to 10 PM. When I called the number for them online, the first thing that I asked was who contracts them the most frequently in Ann Arbor. The man said " What?" I said "What businesses or institutions contract you the most frequently in Ann Arbor?" He replied, "MA'am, do you need a tow truck? We're busy and it's cold out" then hung up on me. They literally forced someone to wait outside in the cold for 6 hours, always saying "15 more minutes and a driver will show up!" It's so unprofessional to have multiple names for the same business, NOT have a website, NOT accept credit card payments, lie ("15 more minutes" turns into 6 hours of waiting outside, refuse to answer questions AND rudely bring up the fact that it's cold outside (don't customer service reps sit inside)? This isn't even a business. Y'all need to stop leaving negative reviews and instead contact IRS about the company potentially not paying taxes and potentially committing tax fraud. They don't have customers, leaving a bad review won't help. But contacting an organization to investigate them might put them out out of business if they go to prison for "accidentally" not reporting the entirety of their paid ONLY in cash earnings.
