In May of 2025, I left a review about the sexist employee they had. They left a fake apologetic…read moreresponse, called me to ask if there was anything they could do to turn it around, and then never went through with anything nor never spoke to me again. Instead of fixing my sensor - the thing I paid them to do - they lied they aligned/calibrated it and did nothing else. Not to mention, when calling to ask about what they could do to change my opinion/review, I straight up told them that if they would fix the part that they should've (since I've already paid for it) but fix it for "free" (aka don't charge me again???) that I would be pleased and would be more than happy to delete the review. They claimed that they would call me back to see "what they could do" and yet I never heard from them again. It's been over a year and my car's crash sensor was never fixed nor acknowledged again. I have photo evidence of my original review. My original review was: "Very nasty and disrespectful towards women in the service department. Every time I asked a question I'd receive a condescending answer with a cocked head and scrunched face from frank. Very unprofessional. However, when he spoke to my dad or any male - it was with upmost respect." Furthermore they are overpriced and don't do what was asked - again they did NOT fix my sensor.

I usually get my car back pretty quickly, though one time they confused me with another person waiting on her car. Unfortunately we've gone twice for the sales part of this dealership, once to test drive a car and our sales person wasn't in. The second time the car wasn't there. We ended up going to Ohio to get a car for my daughter. My son last week went in and said he saw NO SALESPEOPLE in the office and asked if that was really where I take my car! He's now opted to order his car online. So, if you're going for Maintenance, I recommend them.

They had the audacity to suggest several thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs but simultaneously issued a disclaimer stating that they could not guarantee any if these repairs would fix the problem. I was still charged the diagnostic fee despite having nothing to show for their "work," and I got an oil change out of pure necessity. Setting $400.00 on fire would've been more productive than the help I received from TJ and staff. And I still had to drive away anxious at the thought of the car breaking down on the highway again. To top it off, there is now a completely new code showing up that Stadium either caused, didn't check for, or neglected to mention. I'm ashamed to admit that these so-called honest experts totally ripped me off, but they would have made my situation way worse if I had approved any more of their recommended repairs. After my experience, I wouldn't even trust them to fix a microwave meal.
