When I called for my next appointment in late Jan. 2019, they said that they only take Groupons for FIRST TIME VISITORS! I explained my situation but they didn't care and wouldn't honor the Groupon. The place seemed like an old lady salon, but I was lucky enough to get a younger stylist who did a very good job with my cut and color. I live within walking distance of the salon and would've been happy to be a regular customer but, after the way they treated me, I would never go back again. There a many similar bad experiences on the Groupon reviews, but I wasn't able to leave one there because I never used mine.
