I always paid for my treatments in advance and trusted the staff enough to have charges placed on my CareCredit account and simply receive my receipt afterward. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. I was first contacted about a $5 charge for a treatment box that no one had informed me needed to be returned. Had I been told there was a return policy, I would have gladly brought it back. Instead, I felt like I was being blamed for something that was never explained. I also experienced confusion regarding my prepaid weight-loss injections. Before picking up my injection, I confirmed with Amy that I was receiving my last prepaid dose and that I would need to pay only if I decided to continue the following week. However, when I arrived, the front desk insisted that I needed to pay again. Even after I explained that I had already prepaid and that this had been confirmed, I continued to be questioned. As a loyal customer, I found this frustrating and unnecessary. The final disappointment came when the owner called me and said the front desk staff felt uncomfortable with what I had said. I explained that I was the one who felt uncomfortable because I had repeatedly been put in situations where I had to defend myself over issues involving communication and payments. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I was told that my remaining laser session would simply be refunded. The issue has never been about $5 or paying for services. I have always paid for my treatments. The issue is the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and the way I was treated as a long-term customer. I expected a luxury med spa to provide professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not reflected those standards.

She used the right amount of pressure to help relieve some muscle tension I had in my neck and back, and the aromatherapy and oils she used helped relieve some stress. After the hour, she also gave me some tips on how to relieve the tension myself at home which I really appreciated. The listed price for the couple's massage in the parlor was $140, but for $40/person, it was money well spent once the hour was up. The place is a little hidden, even within the office building. It's easiest to go up to the second floor from the door on your right (there are 2 entrances). Overall, they did such a good job, I tipped them $25 each, factoring in the actual cost and not the Groupon special.

If you have forgotten your swimsuit, robe, slippers for the pool. BRC spa has men's swim shorts to rent and female suits for purchase to whomever may need one. Which is an excellent service. Love that they have slippers for the entire spa experience. Really appreciate, towels and slippers are provided with the admission cost. Robes can be rented from the front desk for customer convenience, if you don't want to bring your own. I prefer to rent theirs, the robes are very nice. Admission grants access to the facility's aroma, wet, and dry saunas, steam room, ice cold plunge, lap pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and the mud/scrub room. WiFi is free and available throughout the entire spa. The spa features a lovely cafe that prepares healthy meals, fruit bowls, that has a bar wherein alcoholic beverages can be ordered. The spa has other amazing add on's that are extra which include cryotherapy, salt room, float pod, massage therapy, and a VIP room. Highly recommend cryotherapy if you have any inflammation in your body. Cryotherapy is a game changer. Excited to try the float pod, cryotherapy, infrared sauna,on my next visit. As well as the salt room eventually. My overall favorite feature of the spa was the ice cold plunge. It was truly an amazing experience, that gave me immediate benefits. Never thought I could ever do an ice cold plunge especially when the weather outside is already very frigid. Thanks to other members sharing their experience. I built up the courage to the plunge. It was an awesome, euphoric, pain relieving experience. I will be taking the ice cold plunge or ice baths on a daily or weekly basis for the amazing health benefits. My other favorites were the regulars that visit the spa frequently. They were absolutely the best, and I enjoyed each and every patron I encountered. This place is pure positive bliss.
