Sometimes, hairdressers can be jarringly rough with shampooing but Ava made sure the water temp was comfortable and massaged my head with just the right amount of pressure. The hot towel treatment after was heavenly. I'm happy to say my curls are back and well defined, unlike my last hair experience, where the hairdresser blew my hair out straight despite me sharing a photo of a curly hair style.
