I typically get long layers with bangs and I was asking my stylist on both occasions which kind of bangs they recommend and neither of them could give me any recommendations. It was like talking to a wall. I also have gotten some spa treatments and facial waxing done here. I don't think I could recommend those especially if you have dry skin. The eyebrow waxing it was a little expensive for the area. Typically you can get it for 10 to 15 and I was charged around 18 to 20 for this so it was definitely a little more expensive. And they weren't even I kind of had to keep pushing her to make them the correct size because she kept taking off more on one eyebrow than the other. So overall, I think it's OK but it wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

I booked an appointment with Miriam for bridal party glam waves, clip-in extensions, and makeup--clearly stating this was for a black tie wedding I was attending that night. The whole reason I scheduled this service was because I got off a flight from a wedding in Vegas at 7 AM this morning and needed to be camera-ready and on time. When I arrived, no one told me that Miriam doesn't specialize in this type of styling or makeup. They just let her take me back like everything was fine. I showed her a photo of myself with the exact look I wanted. Fast forward 2.5 hours--my hair looked frizzy and windblown, and my makeup hadn't even started. I was told I'd be done in under two hours. I was in tears at the front desk. Thankfully, two kind stylists rushed in to help and tried to salvage what they could in about 30 minutes--I'm truly grateful for their efforts. But still, only 3 of my 9 extensions were put in, and I looked nothing like I asked for. Worse? I was charged $316--full price--for this disaster. For reference, I paid less for my actual wedding hair and makeup, which looked 1000 times better. Because of this, I was also late to the wedding I was trying so hard to make it to in the first place. This experience was not only unprofessional--it was emotionally exhausting and unacceptable. I own a salon myself and would never allow something like this to happen to a client. If you're considering Trendz, do not book online. Call directly. Confirm your stylist is experienced in the service you need, and ask to see examples of their work. I will never return here and strongly caution others to be very careful before trusting them with important events.
