It started with the consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted done. Then over to the sink, it moves!! Wash, shampoo, conditioner, and then a head massage, oh what a time! Then back to the chair to cut, she again went over what I asked and made sure I was happy with what I chose. She cut, dried, and styled it perfectly. After I was finished I asked about color, she gave me a few ideas and I will be calling them back to discuss it further. Really glad I got my hair done here, everyone was very nice.

I'm 30, and throughout my 20s I cant count how many times stylists gave me "mom" cuts or styles that older women wear. So they definitely know what they are doing and do a good job. However the last time I went there, a while ago, I was a little displeased w/ being charged $10 just to trim my bangs. I was always afraid to trim them myself, and I'd go and they'd charge me $5, I figured $5 is worth it to make sure they are straight and even. So imagine my shock when the last time I went, I think in Dec 2010 they charged me $10. They were very good, but I wasn't happy w/ the price increase so I found a new place.
