I've been going to Hairology for years and have had consistently great experiences. I originally started going because my longtime stylist, Xiamara, moved there. She is truly the best. I've been going to her for years for cut and color, and at this point I've come to know her almost as a friend. She's so easy to talk to, and I always enjoy catching up with her -- we even bonded over the same trash TV shows. She just makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, I started seeing Alyssa, who is also amazing. She's very energetic, outgoing, and fun to spend time with, and she's extremely good at what she does. She really takes her time with you, and I love that she does the wash herself and she gives a great head/neck massage, which makes the whole experience even better. Most recently, I saw Brielle when I couldn't get in, and she was wonderful as well. She is so sweet and gentle. I actually found myself nodding off while she was washing and blow-drying my hair after a long day, which says a lot about how relaxing the experience was. I typically get a cut and single-process color, and I've also had highlights done there in the past. They keep all of your color information on record, which is really helpful because you can confidently see any stylist and still get consistent results. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any stylist here. Everyone is skilled, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The salon itself has a very homey, comfortable feel, and the prices are reasonable, which makes it even better. I always leave happy and highly recommend this salon. read more

So glad I found Hairology and the ladies here! The salon is located in a convenient plaza with ample parking and easy to find. A good amount of food spots nearby in case you need a bite to eat afterwards. When you walk in you immediately feel comfortable that the salon is clean, open, has a good vibe to it, and doesn't have any of that stuffy air that salons can have. They also have two TVs going and good music to keep you entertained in case you need it. The prices are moderate and average now a days to getting your hair done. The service is quality and the end result is worth it especially when it comes to hair. There's different levels of stylists so their prices range depending on that. I love that they are very transparent with their pricing and will be upfront about that! Now, Paulina and Cassidy are awesome and I can't say enough great things about them. I've been bleaching my hair on my own for years, and have finally damaged it to the point that chunks were falling out. I called my friend Amy, crying about my hair and to help me! She took me that week, and fixed everything! I totally trust her with my platinum locks, and she even touched up my roots (my whole head matches now) and gave me a much needed deep conditioning. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was my first time at Hairology and the LAST at this salon.. I had one of the WORST experiences with this new hairstylist (Caitlyn) she left my hair completely damaged and didn't even bother to dry my hair. I left the salon with my hair SOAKED & DAMAGED. So unprofessional.. and then I called the owner to see if she was an honorable merchant and tried to work something out with me since I was not comfortable going back and getting my hair more damaged by another stylist. She had the nerve to say it wasn't part of her policy. A new customer leaving with damaged hair by her new stylist. What a disgrace!.. such poor policy, hopefully this "owner" can upgrade her ridiculous policy. read more

I drove over an hour to come here after I found Paulina on Instagram. I'm a bleach blonde and needed to give my hair a rest so I came in looking for a blended balayage look as my roots came in. Paulina was super helpful in helping me decide what was best to do with my unfortunately beat up and processed hair and I can say it's been a long while since last appointment and my hair got way longer and still looks like I just got it done! The owner responded to me directly when I emailed that there was a hiccup with a highlight or two. She asked me to come in so they could attend to the hiccup and make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't get in for a month due to travel/work, but she honored her offer to redo the highlights even then. She did a fabulous job, and added a hair cut as well. I tried to refuse her free offer but she wouldn't hear of it. She went above and well beyond what was necessary to make me a super happy client! Will be back! read more

This salon is truly amazing! This was my first time going here and I had Paulina do my hair, she was such a gem! She did an phenomenal job of a brownish blonde balayage on my hair and it came out beautifully. Initially I felt like it wasn't as light as I wanted it and they asked me to come back and they could lighten it for me and add more with no charge. My hair not only came out exactly how I wanted it but their staff was also super accommodating and very friendly. Not to mention I was offered complimentary coffee during the whole time I was at the salon. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and especially Paulina for the spectacular job she did on my hair. read more

I bought a groupon to this hair salon and have to say I was very unhappy with my hair cut. I think when you buy a groupon for a service they should try and impress you so you'd like to go back. My hair dresser didn't really listen to what I wanted to do with my hair. She seemed very unhappy, never cracked a smile or even talked to me. The deep conditioning was nice and the salon was well kept and maintained which is while I'll rate it 2 stars. I will not be returning. read more

My experience here was anything BUT nice. I made an appointment for my hair to be curled and my makeup to be done. I brought pictures for examples of what I wanted. The lady doing my hair for some reason was incredibly rushed and did NOTHING like what I wanted. I could have done a better job. The lady doing my makeup didn't blend it in, and the eyeliner looked awful. I went home and redid my hair and makeup. I also had to redo my mother's makeup. Neither of us are happy. ***10 STARS***I have to say that I am absolutely impressed with Amy and her staff. I travel 2 hours just to come to Hairology every 6 weeks just because they do such a fabulous job. Everything they do from the moment they greet you to their exceptional customer service is outstanding. Never mind the fact that my cut, color, extensions and keratin treatment comes out perfect every time!! I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone that is looking for a knowledgable, friendly and talented hairdresser. They are all so awesome I will honestly go to any stylist there! It's also a beautiful and clean facility. I even enjoy a nice cup of coffee and read a magazine while Im waiting. And in response to the 1 star review it would be safe to say that they obvously didn't mentioned anything at the time of their service.
