Very disappointed, upset about the botched up job with a simple root touch up. Even she admitted that it was too light (dark blonde for my brown middle eastern hair). Then she offered me a corrective color. I paid and left as quickly as I could. Additionally, she hadn't mixed enough color so I was charged more. I've never had this happen anywhere else, my hair only skims the top of my shoulders. My husband took one look at me when I got home and said "Don't ever go back there again". It was the first and last time at this salon.

It started with the consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted done. Then over to the sink, it moves!! Wash, shampoo, conditioner, and then a head massage, oh what a time! Then back to the chair to cut, she again went over what I asked and made sure I was happy with what I chose. She cut, dried, and styled it perfectly. After I was finished I asked about color, she gave me a few ideas and I will be calling them back to discuss it further. Really glad I got my hair done here, everyone was very nice.
