You can book online by creating an account or you can call in. I liked that I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The pricing is so affordable and the service you get is top notch. Most salons increase their prices but their service decreases and you will not find this here. I booked a signature pedicure and I was so impressed with the service. The nail tech worked on my feet for an hour and I was snuggled away in warm towels and blankets. I was greeted right away when I walked in and someone took my coat and asked if I wanted a beverage. I loved the layout of the salon downstairs. The pedicure area wasn't cramped at all. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

I really want to like them and make this my place so I will give them another try with different person. The place was very busy, so they're doing something right! UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands. I had a different nail tech this time and had a great experience, did my cuticles and brushed cuticle oil on them. Have not quite decided if this will be my go to place yet.
