Even she admitted that it was too light (dark blonde for my brown middle eastern hair). Then she offered me a corrective color. I paid and left as quickly as I could. Additionally, she hadn't mixed enough color so I was charged more. I've never had this happen anywhere else, my hair only skims the top of my shoulders. My husband took one look at me when I got home and said "Don't ever go back there again". It was the first and last time at this salon.

I'm 30, and throughout my 20s I cant count how many times stylists gave me "mom" cuts or styles that older women wear. So they definitely know what they are doing and do a good job. However the last time I went there, a while ago, I was a little displeased w/ being charged $10 just to trim my bangs. I was always afraid to trim them myself, and I'd go and they'd charge me $5, I figured $5 is worth it to make sure they are straight and even. So imagine my shock when the last time I went, I think in Dec 2010 they charged me $10. They were very good, but I wasn't happy w/ the price increase so I found a new place.

I'm so glad I found a new hairstylist, Lorena is great, she understands me and what I like and…read moredislike, I usually get a haircut once a year but just this year, I've gotten my hair cut twice and every time I go, my hair feels very light and healthy. So happy, plus it's close by to work. The shop is in a small shopping center next to a nail salon. The lady that cuts my hair is the owner, she is very friendly and great.
