We had such a great experience working with Ivan. In fact this is second time for my family--this time to help sell my parents' home. What really impressed us was his attention to detail and ability to completely transform the property. He took a 20+ year-old house and refreshed it with a clean, modern look, coordinating everything from renovation to getting it market-ready--all within about a month. The results spoke for themselves: we received couple offers within just a couple of weeks on the market. Throughout the entire process, he was very responsive. Anytime we had a question, he got back to us quickly with clear answers. It honestly felt like he was working around the clock to keep everything on track and make sure the transaction went smoothly. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and fully committed, I highly recommend working with him. We're very glad we chose him again for our family. read more

Iván was a fantastic Realtor with helping me buy my first home in Danville!!! Thanks Ivan!!!

We are long-time fans and first-time clients of Ivan Santacruz. We noticed his strong drive to succeed and attention to detail when he first arrived in the Tri-Valley market. He has since become a disruptor (in the best possible way) within the real estate industry. If you've ever been to an Ivan listing, you know what I mean...they are impeccable. We've had the wonderful opportunity to know Ivan both as the buyer and seller. When we saw a home we knew we wanted, we contacted him immediately. Together we were able to secure the winning offer and close in 28 days! While no home is "perfect," Ivan connected us with professionals that will hopefully make our new home perfect for us. He has an extensive network and knows someone in every specialty imaginable. As the seller, this is where you get to see firsthand why he's #1. He has a vision for a home the moment he sees it and he has curated a truly incredible team that works like a well-oiled machine to make that vision come to life. Our home was so beautifully presented that we briefly questioned whether we should keep it lol. We received multiple offers well above asking immediately after the first open house! Ivan has indeed exceeded our expectations. Buying a new home and selling our old home simultaneously was no doubt stressful, but working with Ivan made the process significantly easier and remarkably seamless. You know when you meet someone and instantly recognize they're passionate about what they do? Well, that's Ivan and real estate. He can nerd out on the nuances of the market and is energized to present your home at its absolute best. Thank you Ivan for your hard work, your high standards, and your expertise. Our family is so very grateful for you and your phenomenal team. read more

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ivan as our realtor over the past year, and we couldn't be more grateful for his guidance and expertise. Last year, we reached out to Ivan after our home failed to sell. From day one, he was with us every step of the way, and ultimately sold our home with a record-breaking offer for the neighborhood. This year, he was right by our side again -- helping us find and purchase our new home. Ivan is everything you'd want in a real estate agent: responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and truly invested in your goals. We were careful who we picked, and we wanted a realtor who was experienced and had connections so we didn't need to find contractors to paint/stage, etc. Ivan is well known in our neighborhood, and once we met with him it was clear he could provide an effortless experience. We simply didn't have the time to coordinate the painting, landscape, etc., nor the market expertise to know what was best to prepare the house. His contractor team was professional, on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and reasonably priced. With this preparation, even in a really tough market this year, we got multiple offers after one showing. Thank you, Ivan! read more

Ivan was extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly when I was purchasing my first property in the east bay. Ivan is definitely the best realtor in the Tri-Valley area. He helped us in all the stages of Home buying process, right from showing different houses according to our needs and according to our budget and the area of preference. He helped in negotiating the offers and made sure we got a good deal. What truly sets Ivan apart is his dedication and exceptional after-service. Even after closing, he has been there for us, answering questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. His commitment to his clients goes beyond just the transaction--he genuinely cares, and it shows in everything he does. Wishing him all the success and would highly recommend him to everyone who is planning to buy home in Bay area read more

Doesn't know how to talk !! He needs to understand if he isn't organized and late to his open houses, it's on him. He should keep his tongue in control when he comments on kids. To be fair, he may not have kids of his own, so he doesn't get it. But he needs to make sure when he talks, he is being respectful and mindful of his surroundings. Arrogant attitude, hope he keeps it in check. read more

Our experience with Ivan Santacruz was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. His knowledge of real estate and the homes in our area/neighborhood, as well as his marketing strategy was relevant, up to date and impressive. The staging of the home, the drone technology, and video marketing was FANTASTIC! He was constantly in communication with us, especially since we were planning to put our home out on the market amidst a global pandemic. Needless to say, it was a scary time for us, but Ivan made sure to keep us in the loop with homes that were starting to come on the market, provided updated comps, and advised us accordingly. He took the fear out of selling our home at such an uncertain time. His eye for detail and design was also instrumental, as we were getting the home prepared to sell. He recommended places for us to purchase our materials and also recommended some of his vendors to assist with our projects. He definitely saved us a lot of money at the end, and more importantly, he sold our house within 3 days, with multiple offers, and well over asking!!! Happy Campers over here!!! I would, without a doubt, recommend Ivan with all of your real estate needs. read more

Ivan Santacruz is THE Realtor to have represent you and your home! Preparing to Sell your home and then actually selling a house is stressful. Selling during a Pandemic is on another level. Ivan was on top of all of the quick changes happening with Covid and the real estate market. He was honest and realistic with us about the process of selling our home safely and quickly, without compromising opportunity to showcase and sell our house. Ivan always made sure he had an answer. If we couldn't do something, such as an open house, he found innovative and creative solutions. He and his team are very forward thinking. Ivan was fantastic to work with. Compared to our previous years of buying and selling real estate, the sale with Ivan was hands-down our best experience. Ivan was able to sell our home the first weekend with 11 offers and sold our house for 10% more than what we listed it for. He provided us with honest recommendations on how to improve the house, and those little details really went a long way. Ivan also provided us with vendors to help us prepare our home for the market and even went the extra mile to help us find appliances at the best price possible. He also staged our house which really made a big difference. Ivan made himself available for appliance delivery, installations, staging and all others we could not be present for -- he is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! Ivan is also very responsive at any given time, which is very important to us. It was great that we had someone we could trust to make sure that the process will be a breeze -- Ivan managed the entire preparation of the house seamlessly and we definitely would not have done it without him!
