The grass is well maintained golf grass. No signs of invading weeds at all. The flower plants are huge and healthy. The building is not an eyesore smack dab in the middle of a residential area but fits well not drawing much attention until you see the official sign. Looking into the big picture windows you can see where the sorters could be packaging these sweet goodies. Maybe one day the doors will open greeting us with M&Ms open arms and chocolate kisses.
