You get a hefty portion compared to the usual lean breakfast tacos that other trucks serve. The menu is simple but thoughtfully creative. We are already looking forward to coming back to try the quesabirria, chilaquiles, ramen birria (?!!!) I love the feeling of a warm family doing something together. That said, the corn tortilla stole the show. That is what will make me come back. Too few places make their own corn tortillas, and even fewer make them this well.
