Eggs, chorizo, black beans...but the best part is that the burrito was griddled with a layer of cheese on the outside to make it crispy and even more delicious. It was also drizzled with a delicious chipotle sauce. Fantastic stuff. Both tamales had very nice and tender masa that wasn't dry, and the fillings tasted very homey and familiar. The pastor tacos might be the best thing here, the meat is seasoned really well and cooked perfectly. Pork can get dry if not cooked right but these tacos were flavorful and succulent. Now that I live down south I've really started to enjoy the robust food truck scene down here, and I have to say that this has gotta be up there for some of the tastiest tacos/truck eats I've had.
