I was lucky enough to work with Deborah herself after the birth of my first kid, but her whole team is incredible. They have supported me through several issues and I always leave my visits feeling both immediately better but then I also make progress on my long-term health goals too. I love that the work we do helps my present self and future self both; feeling better right now helps motivate me to do my part. If you need help with shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, or TMJ--Deby and her team are the best.

I'm not sure why they gave me someone who only was the PT for one session. Then I had another great PT named TJ who I highly recommend. She was thorough, thoughtful, and had great advice with a kind spirit. I was excited to have her for the rest of my three appointments. However, on the third appointment I went in, and told the receptionist I was there to see TJ. She said that TJ wasn't there this whole week and blamed me for the communication mistake. This was news to me since I purposely scheduled with her. I don't think this is the fault of TJ at all, but I think it would be nice to have clearer communication on who I was seeing. Especially since I saw a big difference between the first person I saw (who gave me way too simple exercises) to TJ who was incredible. My goal in writing this review is to help give feedback for better communication from the front desk staff.

And the best part is they actually massage you. I used to go to this place where they would never ever massage. Only electrical stimulation. The workers are using the equipment and working out while they just tell you what exercise to do with no supervision. After every exercise you are to walk over and ask for the following routine. I had to to this throughout my whole session for every visit. This lead me to constantly walk over to the assistant at least 7 times per session. Oh and the best part. The assistant's are students that have no knowledge so they can't even give you proper guidance. By the way the fact that the students are so young they're often having side conversations amongst themselves and having personal conversations. This facility runs their business in a very unprofessional manner. Do not join this clinic by any means. You will not see any improvement but you'll be super knowledgeable in the Gen Z lingo. This is strictly a self guided facility which I've never experienced or even knew it was a thing. The fact that you're unsupervised is impractical. You're constantly uncertain if you have the proper form. I wasted my time, money, and health for 4 months here. I gave them more than enough time to prove me wrong. Once I was feed up with the lack of help, I gave them my feedback mid session and they ended it right then and there. They were not open to constructive feedback which pushed me out even quicker. No business will ever last if they can't listen to their customer's concerns.

I have been out for roughly two years with a few months back to work on modified duty. It's been a long process on industrial injury, so much I had to hire a lawyer to actually get the treatment I need. I have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, injections, cupping, behavioral therapy, name it. The thing that has worked the significant most is the massage therapy here. Russell has been the one treating me for over 8 sessions and he is excellent. It isn't a cookie cutter treatment as he adjusts to every single clients different needs. I have had much less standing pain in my daily life. I experience pain whether I am sitting, walking, standing, and laying down. Russell not only tends to the injured area, he tends to other parts of the body that actually offset the injured body parts. The staff at the desk are also fantastic. Val, Jaquelyn, and Ebony are very kind. Ebony was even kind enough to cover my fee for purchasing the therapy balls at the front desk. I highly recommend coming here for body pain.

I had dealt with on-and-off knee pain for several years, along with a few small tears, and over time it significantly reduced my confidence to hike, bike, and work out the way I used to. I have always been a very active person and have completed challenging hikes in Yosemite as well as the Inca Trail. Getting back into the kind of shape where I could do those things again had started to feel almost impossible. Stephen worked with me patiently and diligently, step by step, showing me how to recover, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in my knees. What I especially appreciated was his willingness to answer all of my questions and explain the science behind what we were doing. He started by helping me understand something as fundamental as how pain receptors work in the knees and built from there. His combination of patience, knowledge, and a scientifically grounded approach gave me the confidence to become active again and work toward the things I love doing.

I wanted to be sure that I was doing the correct workouts, using my legs/knees correctly, and just getting advice. Decided to come into R3 and was met with kindness and care. Physical therapy is not cheap, and I'm really glad that the staff did not seem super pushy or sales-y. They even have a satisfaction guaranteed policy or your $ back which made me feel comfortable getting one of their package. Dr. Des is the one who has been giving me care and it has been great so far. She listens to all my needs/concerns and works with me and my body to remedy the issues going on. It's obvious that she is knowledgable and confident in her education which really shows as she's explaining the stretches and exercises we do throughout our appointments. Lastly, the facility is clean and modern which is a huge plus to me- I have seen the equipment being wiped down between sessions. The overall profession in the facility and staff along with the service the doctor brings, makes me happy about my decision to chose R3 for PT .

I came across R3 through an ad, and I'm so glad I did! Dr Dustin was very thorough in diagnosing where my pain was coming from and took the time to understand my concerns and create a treatment plan tailored to me. My pain has significantly improved, and I'm feeling so much better I also love the app they use as it has the recorded exercises that's assigned for me to do between sessions. The instructions are easy to follow and make it much easier to stay consistent. Joint glides and cupping done at the start of each session is something I had never experienced in physical therapy before but I feel this has helped tremendously with minimizing my pain before doing the exercises each session I'm very grateful for the care and support I've received at R3 and would highly recommend Dr Dustin to anyone dealing with chronic pain! Also just wanted to note all the staff here is extremely nice! Front desk is always so friendly. Highly recommend
