What sets Mike apart is not just his knowledge and expertise, but also how effectively he guides you toward sustainable lifestyle changes. She did cold laser and some massage and tonight is the first evening that my feet have not been on fire with pain. I don't know what the cold laser does but I'm ready to buy one for my personal use! It's been over 24hrs of light pain and I'm so thankful for it.

I suffered a rare elbow joint fracture and dislocation. The medical team that operated on my…read morefracture sent me on my way with a bunch of medical terms that didn't make sense to me, opioids that did nothing for pain, and a list of possible PTs that I could contact. That is when I met Christine. I came to Christine with screws and a plate in place, a weird brace on, and extremely afraid to move in case anything "breaks," and I had to be operated on again. I was in pain, anxious, stressed, and had barely slept for 3 weeks since the fracture occurred. The first thing I noticed when I entered her office was the sudden drop in anxiety, and the calm -- and I had not even met her yet. When I did see her, we had an honest chat about the state of affairs. Since the moment I broke the bone, she was the first person to speak "human" to me and help me make sense of what'd happened, the recovery plan, how long it could take, and ways to get there. Over the next few months, with her attention to whole-body health, patience, and expert understanding of fascia, bones, and all things movement and balance, my elbow joint was not only healed but also straightened and strengthened to its original state. Each visit, she would assess progress and chat with me about my current expectations before developing a treatment plan for that day. Thanks to Perfect Balance Physical Therapy, I have a full range of motion, and it is as if the accident never happened. I had heard stories of how people walk around with bent elbows for the rest of their lives after a severe injury like the one I had. Christine's gentle persistence, rather than forcing exercises on me, helped heal the joint more quickly than it would have! Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle specialist who works with you in achieving optimum health and speaks human!

I wanted to first off address how AMAZING the front desk staff are. Michael and Aaron, thank you both for being so kind, accommodating, and patient in every way. Thank you Aaron for helping me navigate all the pains of insurance and helping me understand the confusing aspects of my insurance I never existed lol. And also thank you for dealing with my insurance to get me more sessions approved a few weeks ago!!! I am so so grateful for the work you put in. For the treatment, I came in for neck/back pain, had a disc bulge in my neck. I've had chronic pain for almost 2 years now and I've been complaining so much that my boyfriend forced me to get it checked out. And for that, I'm so thankful because it led me here! My PT was Tony, and I have seriously never received better care from a medical professional in my life. My last physical therapist from Orange County years back did not provide me this level of personal treatment and I felt like my concerns were actually taken seriously here. I have had such a positive experience that I'm actually so bummed it's over! I genuinely looked forward to coming to my appointments every week. They have a website they link you to for all your exercises as well, which is great because I do so many of them that I forget which other ones I can do lol. Tony is truly an amazing individual as a person and as a medical professional. I asked so many questions and thought I was being annoying sometimes but Tony always answered me and always had me learning so much every time I came in!! Thank you for your care and patience with me! I had my final eval and it turns out I had near perfect scores. I came in my first day with like terrible numbers LOL but to see the progress I made has made me so so happy. I know how to manage my pain now when it comes, and I have been living my life a lot better without having to deal with pain on the daily like before. Once again I am so grateful! This care means so much to me, and it has honestly changed my life in so many ways. So many aspects of my life have improved. Everyone at this clinic, yall are so amazing!!

She's a phenomenal human being and an amazing practitioner of her craft, and although PT is a science, her graceful approach and style of instruction added an Artistic touch to every session. She immediately gained my Trust! I was in a bad car accident, I have Multiple Sclerosis, and going through a horrendous custody battle; Christine acknowledged all of three, realized their impact on my injury, and factored them into a well tailored treatment program that took me further on down the road to recovery! I can't thank her enough, I hate I can still hear her voice encouraging me as I continue to do the specialized homework that she prepared prior to discharge. I saw clients of all ages, body types, and abilities during my 16 sessions, overheard a lot of conversations, the therapist obviously knew what they were doing, and I heard a lot of praise coming from their clients!

Wow! I've been getting regular massages for about 10 years now, with a variety of well trained,…read morecertified masseuses. All have their own styles but there is something fundamentally lacking - they all typically take a one size fits all approach - working from the back down to the legs, then front for a bit and then wrap up. This is even with masseuses I've used many times - I'm guessing the massage establishments just train them that way. However, Karalyn combines massage with PT, really working problem areas and going hard at it. The result - you get the therapeutic benefits of the massage and the science of PT, which drives rapid recovery where you really need it. As only a rare and excellent massage can deliver, I ended light-headed and felt like jelly. As only great PT can deliver, I felt lighter on my feet afterwards with a cleaner posture and wider range of motion (and less pain and injury risk). All this from the convenience of home. Thank you Karalyn!

You are a great listener and know how to balance our conversation. You knew when it was time to let me rest as I fell asleep intermittently.
