The flat tire was not fixed until almost 4 hours later causing our group to take Uber again to our second location in order to stay on schedule. Accidents happen, of course, but this bus owner was unprofessional throughout the process. He refused to issue any refund despite providing only 45 minutes out of a 6 hour charter (not to mention the major hassle and expense for our group of 14 ppl to take 3 Uber segments -- including the final segment home after the bus owner ordered the driver to hold belongings left on the bus hostage unless we agreed to pay, which almost necessitated a call to the police and resulted in our refusal to take the bus home). We are actively attempting to reverse the credit card charge. Zero stars. Please be WARNED to stay away from this business.

Booked them through Groupon for a Napa wine tour with friends. Was supposed to be $400…read more They told us the bus on the Groupon was taken but they could upgrade us to a newer Mercedes limo bus for only $200 more. He sent photos of a new bus with captains chairs that looked great. We booked and the old bus showed up! Can you say "Bait and Switch"? Then when we called they said they would refund only $60 - not the full $200 as they said the other bus was overheating and it wasn't their fault. Well, it sure a hell ISN'T our fault!! We should get the FULL $200 refunded! Then our driver was horrible - slamming on brakes and multiple times 11 women and our stuff went flying forward! Not good! Our driver did not have a GPS system - other than his phone which didn't have signal in several places so we had to direct the driver using our phones instead of enjoying our wine trip. The A/c didn't work well so we were all sweltering in the bus. The driver was not familiar with Napa and went past the wineries. Then - near the end of the trip we went to load wine into the back door and we could open it. Driver didn't have a key and when we called the manager he said he would take the bus back to San Francisco to get it repaired and would return our stuff that was locked in the back on Monday. What?? We have wine sitting in a black hot limo and you will return it on Monday?? PLUS - if there were an accident - that back door is the escape route for passengers which is now locked!! When we were on the phone with the manager, he said we broke the door "slamming" it too hard. Really?? Then he said the handle was loose on the inside and we broke it when we shut it. There was damage to the back of the bus -Maybe when the bus was hit it jammed the door?? More likely the case. But why would you tell me the handle was loose and then tell me it was my fault? Shoddy customer service and risky driver and company. Stay away!

If you have a travelzoo voucher- be prepared to pay ALL the tasting fees even though it's clear on…read morethe voucher that they are included. They try to get around it by saying the fee will be taken off wine purchased, but that was only the case with one of the wineries we went to. Of course they didn't tell us this until we were getting in the limo in San Francisco. Rather than make the situation uncomfortable for my friends, I just decided to roll with it. It was horribly embarrassing. 8 of us unnecessarily paid $10 each for tastings at 3 different wineries, and we totally weren't prepared for that. If your driver is Ned do not even go on the trip. When he dropped us off in San Francisco he demanded a $172 tip, and would not take anything else. He said that was a mandatory fee for gratuity, and that was not listed anywhere on the voucher. My husband offered him $120 (which I did not agree with at all), and he said no. He kept trying to strongarm us into paying $172. We were so scared, we were seconds away from calling the police. Besides having to pay tasting fees at wineries which were supposed to be included, the driver was trying to intimidate us into tipping $172? We called Alex, and Alex asked us to put Ned on the phone. By this time we were so scared and uncomfortable, we just walked away. It was a total disaster. Ned then called my cell phone and my husbands phone screaming at us calling us cowards for stiffing him. I'm sorry but we offered you $120 and that wasnt enough. No one tried to stiff him, but you get what you get especially when the voucher clearly included false advertising. I have written Travelzoo a complaint, and I encourage everyone this happens to to do so as well. There is no way this should be permitted. 7/30/2012-Edit: I have now been receiving threatening messages from Ned calling me every name in the book, and indicating that he is going to inform my work about what a filthy w---- I am. The fact that he knows where I work is disturbing- it just proves he is a stalker. If you have a travelzoo voucher do yourself a favor and just throw it away. You will pay the total price of the voucher in tasting fees and "gratuity." Now to have to file a police report against a limo driver has just added to this terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Almost negative stars. I purchased a TravelZoo voucher for this limo service for a discounted Sonoma Wine Tour. It clearly stated on the voucher that the day would include 6 hours of limo service stopping at 4 predetermined wineries INCLUDING TASTINGS, SNACKS, a bottle of sparkling wine, and bridge toll. The trip started off great, with a nice greeting from Lester and two (halfway decent) bottles of sparkling wine since our limo was full. But! We got to the first winery and our tasting was NOT by any means included. Although it wasn't expensive, the fact that the voucher clearly stated the tastings were included was not very fair to any of the customers. We called Alex, the owner of the business, and he didn't really seem to understand our disappointment. He said the tastings are free "IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE." Really??? So we each have to buy a bottle of wine at each of the four wineries to get the value of our voucher? How come it didn't say that ON the voucher? We asked him kindly for a refund for the costs of the tastings, and he said that was absolutely not an option. He actually said he didn't care if we were all disappointed in the way the business is run because he "knows how to run a business." He did offer us an additional 2 hours in the limo, but that wasn't really the point. We all would have been prepared and accepting of the additional costs had we been informed (or at least not lied to) before buying the voucher. Also, there were no snacks in the limo. LIES LIES LIES. Based on the pure beauty of Sonoma and tastiness of their wines, this tour was still lots of fun. Just be prepared to pay more than you were told you would.
