Javier, the driver, was absolutely awesome! He was friendly and got us to the destination safely. He was really great with winery recommendations and knowledgable about the area. The only reason a star is missing is because of the condition of the vehicle. There was a crack on one of the windows and the stereo was hanging on by a few threads. It was functional though and worked well with connecting to all our iPhones. All in all, I definitely recommend the living social deal with this company. There are no hidden fees like the other companies (we did a lot of research) and they provided Andre champagne and a full cheese/meat platter. The limo comfortably fit 7 of us and could have easily fit 8. read more

I don't know entirely how this company functions. I believe itour is the people that book the trips and social limousine is the company they use for their cars/ drivers. Regardless I will write a review here since they were my main contact for my trip. First of all it was pretty difficult to get someone on the phone to speak with. Email is the way to go I guess. I paid for the trip on my credit card then was told that I would need to pay for the tip separately-- ok fine. I gave the driver my card to swipe in case of any extra charges and off we went. We made sure to print out detailed directions with maps to make it super easy for the driver. We wanted to hit up 4 wineries but knew this may be a stretch. First our deal said it would include 2 champagne bottles and cheese & crackers. We only had one bottle. That's it...Fine, fine we'll buy some bottles at the winery. Also the radio wasn't working so we had to stop to fix it before hitting the freeway. Stop 1 went smoothly. After we got back into the limo I legit thought I was going to pass out. The a/c was turned off and we had warm air blowing throughout. Had to ask the driver to keep the a/c running at stop 2, which he did. Then things went downhill. Our driver got lost between stop 2 and 3. My friend (Angelina E.) caught the driver's error and informed him that we were driving the exact opposite way of the winery (which we had passed on our way to stop 1--so how the heck did he get lost??!). Also we gave him directions on how to get to each location so for the driver to get lost is absurd. He turned around and passed the winery again!!! Made another u-turn then turned into the winery next door to the one we were trying to go to. At this point my trip was ruined and I was furious!!! I feel as though he was trying to take advantage of my group because we had been drinking. Fortunately we are all very aware and are not a group to be screwed over. After finally making it to stop 3 we spoke to our driver and told him that we would not be paying the extra late fee since he was in the wrong which he agreed to. After stop 3 it was time to go home-- where we hit insane traffic because of a nascar race. We would NOT have hit this traffic had we not gotten lost for a half hour. Finally home, I handed the driver a check for the tip in order to have a paper trail of it. Then the driver informed me he would be charging my card a late fee despite the fact that he was at fault for us being late. He verbally attacked us and sped off. I immediately got on the phone with itour and left a voicemail detailing the awfulness of the trip. Days later I check my bank statement to see that my card was charged $305. Are you kidding me?!!!! I finally got a hold of a rep at itour after emailing and calling over 7 times. He told me part of the charge was for the tip...ummm wait a sec, I gave the driver a check for the tip!!! He said he would look into it, and I got a call from Social Limousine a few days later. I spoke to a rep from this company who said he would refund me. To this day I still haven't seen a refund. Thank God I put this on a credit card that has great dispute resolution. I wish I could've trusted this company. It all seemed so promising. Please do your research before booking any limo company. read more

NO ONE SHOULD EVER EVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! My girlfriends and I had a limo booked for this past Sunday to go on a wine tour in Sonoma. The limo driver texted my friend the day before to confirm the time and address which he had correct. When the time came, no one showed up... we called, texted, everything possible. We were completely screwed and hadn't heard a word. By now all of us are upset, our reservations were screwed and we were scrambling for a plan b. Thankfully we found a fantastic limo service who gave us an exemplary experience who we will be using again. itours must be an absolute scam and I warn all of you, DO NOT DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!! Not only did they screw up our day, but they got between my friends and wine... not a smart thing to do. I hope that those of you wanting a limo for a special event have a better experience than we did. read more

By far the WORST experience of my life limited AC in the 100 degree weather.... The driver was late.....stains on 3 out of 8 people's clothes . The speaker system was horrible....And my group was threatened to be left on the side of the road because I thought the service did not deserve gratuity....I bought this service through living social and it said it included a cheese and cracker plate that they did not have . The living social deal said it was $249 for a five hour wine tour of napa but they made us pay an addition $260 for gratuity and gas fees....on itours website they advertise these luxurious limos... What we got was this old school limo that almost looked like a hearse..... My suggestion find another limo service. I wish I could post with no stars...... read more

Was super excited for a pretty good deal on one of the online discount emails (sorry can't remember which one)...purchased a limo tour for 8 to wine country. They were able to accommodate us fairly last minute ( a couple of days out), so that was good. Day of the trip - 10 minutes go by, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and eventually our driver shows up. I called a few times to the main office -- they said they couldn't help me, but I should call my driver...ridiculous, then to have him blame it on my directions - BS! Not the way to greet a client - just saying. But not a super big deal as we are headed to drink wine for the day. First stop, I said we would be 45 minutes, it was a smaller place - plenty of room for a limo to park -- but yet at 45 minutes when we came out he was no where to be found -- I called him, he was across the street getting a sandwich because he was hungry. Second stop, reiterated that our time schedule would be exact and please stay there on property - do not leave - this seemed to work. Third stop and fourth stops, much better - worked like it should. I also agree with earlier reviews -- able to handle the loud music and people. Limo was definitely older - air didn't work out of certain vents, but it was fine. He also went the full time amount so we didn't lose the 30 minutes from earlier. Now the fun part -- I accidentally left a bag in the trunk - nothing super important, but realized first thing the next morning. I immediately texted the driver to let him know and see if I could pick the bag up somewhere? This was the end of April -- since then he has messaged me things like -- I am out of town, let me check, so sorry - working on it, out of town (again)...I called the main number and they said I needed to work with driver (despite his inability to tell me a true actionable statement at this point)...I have had it with this back and forth - so I said I would go to yelp and report this ridiculous situation and how our trip went... Today, I received a message from the driver -- he has been out of the country and just now receiving my messages (BS -- I have responses from him), but then goes on to tell me its not his responsibility to make sure clients don't leave things (your right it's not, but when a client text the next day with a clear description and offering to pick it up -- there is SOME responsibility to be a good/decent company to assist in this process)...then I get the " I will do the best I can, but that is all"...not really planning to see my stuff again. Overall - if you get a slamming deal - -sure, take your chances...but IMO, there are way too many other companies out there that can do a much better job all the way around for same if not better priced. read more

I too wish I had read the reviews before buying what sounded like a very good deal on Living Social. I was able to book the tour, but after many forms, I was informed via email that there would be a 28% refueling tax & gratuity included and that I had to confirm to the email to keep my reservation. Now we were more than prepared to pay a 20% tip, and I can certainly understand making sure a driver doesn't get stiffed a good tip, but a refueling charge? And 28%? None of this was in the Living Social details. Next, the driver is running late, the call said 15 to 20 minutes. Turned out to be 30 minutes, but we were easy going as long as we got our total 6 hours. We did get the 2 bottles of champagne and bottled water but the cheese and crackers were nowhere to be found. When we asked the driver he acted like he didn't know anything about it but at least offered to run and get us some. Not wanting to waste time we let it go. I will say the limo was clean, and the drive was nice and our driver never once got lost and knew where our vineyards were (and we were smart enough not to plan more than 2 wine tastings and lunch). And our driver did give me his phone number and let us know he would be getting lunch and to give him a call 10 minutes before, and he was only a few minutes late picking us up after that. All in all, Tony, our driver, was the best part of the trip. Either way, I wouldn't recommend this tip. If anyone knows how to complain to Living Social about the dishonest advertising for this trip please let me know! read more

I wish i could provide a '0' star rating. We purchased the deal, and ended up getting charged an additional $704.00! We were never told during our trip that we would be charged. They also charged us for additional passengers, although we didn't even have additional passengers. I am now consistently contacting them to request a receipt, although none of my calls or emails are returned. Terrible service. read more

I purchased a round-trip deal from Amazon Local for $75 and scheduled the day before to have a car pick me up after my flight. The initial scheduling was difficult as the first person I talked to said the call was routed to them by mistake and I would be called back. When there was no call back I called again and scheduled my pick up and return. On the day of my flight when I arrived the car was not there; after calling twice I was able to reach someone who, again, said they would have the appropriate person call me back. After waiting a few minutes with no call - I called again. I was told that my driver got a flat on the way and would be 5 minutes late. Regardless of whether this is accurate I found the communication to be poor - I would have expected to have been called with this information in advance or right when I called the first time (saving me 30 minutes on the phone). I cancelled all reservations with them and then looked into refunding my deal. I would not trust this car service; regardless of whether or not they acted in good faith they were poorly organized and less reliable than a taxi. read more

If only Yelp had 0 or negative stars, they would apply here. Same story as other posters here, bought a $75 voucher for SFO round trip limo service and they were a no show at 6:30 a.m. Fortunately I had given them plenty of buffer since this is my first time using them and this was an international flight over spring break, so would have been really bad to miss it and try and get on a later flight. I tried calling them, but of course got an answering machine. I ended up calling a cab and getting to the airport only a little late, only to have my phone ring while I am in line for security and it is from the driver who is outside my house at 7:15...really? I called them when I got back, they assured me a refund...2 weeks go by, no refund. Call again, assured a refund....3-4 weeks go by, no refund. Call again...nothing, so I wised up and called Amazon and they are going to refund the amount and note the feedback on the iTours account there. Funny part is, their office/location/address is about a 5 minute drive from my house and I live on the way to SFO which is only 15 minutes away at that time of day, so it would have been a simple trip for them and done in 30 minutes max if they had even the most basic ability to schedule a pickup. read more

I too should have read the reviews before purchasing this 'deal' off LIVING SOCIAL!! John- the guy you deal with Barely responded to my emails and took days to call back. After finally confirming our date to go wine tasting and confirming the price 100 times I was shocked at the service I received for the price I paid. Our driver- who was super nice, got lost and I think purposely drove slow in order to rack up more time! the limo- Was old and super shitty. The radio was installed above the back seats with an AUX cord that someone had to hold then entire time. On our way home the radio completely broke and we never even received an "i'm sorry" or a discount for lack of ambiance. Then when we got back to SF I was given a blank credit card slip to sigh. I told the driver I wasn't comfortable giving him a blank check and wanted to see an itemized statement of what I was exactly paying for-- Well, come Monday morning I was charged $200 over what we discussed. While I'm still disputing the charges with my bank I found out they forged my signature!! You think you're getting a 'deal' but really go with a better limo company with newer/nicer limos because in the end you pay the same price. read more

Bought living social. Sent three emails. Left three phone messages. Never heard back. Came hear to read reviews and I am not surprised at all. Run far far away from this limo company! We booked our limo trip through Living Social for a 6 hour limo tour and it was an absolute nightmare. The limo arrived 35 minutes late AND they did not provide us with the 10 person limo -- as previously promised and charged for! With that being said, since we were only provided an 8 person our other friends had to follow us in a car to the wineries - how awful! Additionally, the limo broke down at the winery and we had to have our friends jump the limo --- this is only the beginning as we were the notified that we were charged an additional 800$ --- and for what? "For gratuity and a refueling fee." What's even worse is that you can even get a response - I have over 27 e-mails asking for certain information and they never answered me. Also, you cannot even call the company and leave a voice-mail because half the time the voice-mail is full. All in all, this was hands down the worse limo company I have ever ridden with so do yourself a favor and book with a legit company. read more

Used this service for a wine tasting tour a few weeks ago and I wouldn't use them again. Our driver got lost, despite pretty thorough directions that we prepared, and the company had the nerve to hassle us about going overtime. I understand people get lost, but we also chose well known wineries and for the limo to get lost more than once on our trip is just unacceptable! One of my girl friends is planning a wine tasting tour and I warned her to check the limo service for it first, because I would not use this company again!! read more

I bought a deal on Living Social for a 5 hour tour. As described if you go over the 5 hrs you will be charged $125/hr. As we were very diligent in watching our time, we discussed with the driver the consequences of being about 15 min late. He confidently said he would not charge us for the added hour. Wrong - because we went over by 15 min due to traffic the owner they still charged us for the 'added hour'. In addition, they also add 20% gratuity. To show good faith we tipped the driver more to ensure we would not get charged for the added hour but instead we paid nearly double. The limo was old school. They offer a cheese plate but no cheese was included - it was a meat plate only. In all I will not be using this limo service again. I was quite disappointed. Save your money! read more

Really ITour!!! These people don't deserve a review, there nothing but Scammers. The worst limo company around. The customer service, communication level, and attention to detail was very poor. I purchased a voucher for 8 people for a limo ride to Napa Valley. I contacted the company in April 2013, and scheduled an appt for 8/24/13 pick at 10:30am, would you believe that they didn't get to my house until 11:38am, not only did I have to call them several times to remind them that we are waiting to be picked up...seriously, who does that. There is more, why did it take the limo driver 3 hours from San Jose to get to Napa, then he drove us to the wrong destination (Hess). We missed all the wine tours. The best highlight of this trip was that I was with my family and friends. Once we made it to Napa and did some tasting, again without the tour. We managed to relax alittle and enjoy the trip for what it is. Again, why did the limo driver on our way home decide to stop for gas...while we were having lunch and/or tasting he should have done all his personal errand's would think. This was a hot mess...Don't waste your valuable time with this company. After the trip I contacted the company to discuss the incidents that occured, and how we can be accommodated for their lateness. These money hungry folks didn't care that we were inconvenienced they refused to accommodate us and insisted that we were late not them...seriously! Thank God for technology, I had all my proof ready for them. I then contact Amazon Local to file a claim and they were very profession, patient, listened and investigated my case and refunded my money within 3 days. Kudos to Amazon Local, now that is customer service. Would you believe that they over charged us for 3 hours...let me get this right I'm being over charged for 3 hours because? your driver made a stop for gas,and drove to the wrong destination...hmmmm Please be aware and protect yourself from this company. Save all your paperwork so that you can fight your case. Don't be bullied by these people. read more

Friends from out of town and I booked through LivingSocial, so keep that in mind. We planned a winery tour from 1pm-7pm, booked a day in advance. We called just in case, and acknowledged that it was late notice, but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem and our reservation was confirmed. On the day we were scheduled for our limo ride, our limo was pushed to start at 2pm, then 6pm (after the wineries had all closed), then 7:30, then we were told there were no options at all for our planned excursion. After several conversations with "Tony," the company was less than accommodating to our situation. The best option we were given were a refund. The company made no effort to atone for their error, and seemed to care little about our plans that they had ruined. read more

IF I could give this Co NO stars I would, we bought through Living Social, when the limo arrived it was UGLY, the engine smelled like it was burning oil, the window was broken, the door handle was broken, the paint was coming off, the trim inside was falling off, the vents in the back didn't work and the driver was an Ex con who supposedly told the owner we had two hours of Over time when we only had the 5 hours that we purchased. The Owner has yet to refund our money after he said he would (checks in the mail) and he also said he'd fire the Driver-Randy. This Co is a scam!!! Shame on Living Social for still selling these vouchers after all the trouble we've been through. They charge a 8% refueling tax that is NOT indicated on the voucher also! We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Public Utility Commission! If you purchased through LS, call them and speak to the Manager not the CS reps. Let them know how BAD this Co is!! read more

July 18th was to be a great safe driving trip to Napa with a car full of overworked & exhausted women. While we were able to enjoy the wineries and the conversation, that is where the positives end. When we were picked up, one of the ladies expressed the seats of the limo were sticky. The driver had nothing to clean it with, so I ran back into my house, got a couple towels and she attempted to clean it. The driver just had us load up and off we went, the LONG way to Napa. By the time we arrived at Hall (wonderful) one guest's pants were covered in the black gooey stuff and one guest's shirt had spots. 2 seats were not usable, so we squeezed 3 people in the two across the back. This did not make for a comfortable ride, but we were determined. While in Napa, I sent an email to the company with a photo of the ruined pants. I explained the disappointment in the quality of service. NO REPLY We did use the service longer than the Living Social voucher, so we knew we would owe extra money, but was surprised to learn the Limo company did not plan to give a discount based on the following: *Dirty, Black Gooey Seats *No Cheese & Cracker Tray as promised *Champagne was J. Roger and not cold *5 bottle of water for 7 guests & very little ice *Prior agreed upon gratuity of 15% instead of 20% The man that answers the phone was condescending & rude and refused to work with us, regardless of the "proof" of poor quality. I called Living Social and they were kind enough to credit 1/2 their voucher - not that they owed anything. The service they provided was exemplary. DO NOT USE this service - There are so many options in the Bay Area - use them, not iTour. read more

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY! Save yourself time and money and use a different limo company!! They are total scammers with horrible drivers!! 1) The driver was over an hour late, so we missed our first winery. He picked us up from the wrong address, but even if he picked us up from the right address he would have been a 1/2 hour late. 2) We were scheduled to go to five wineries, but only made it to two because he didn't know where he was going when we did finally make it to Napa. We printed out directions, but the driver refused to follow them. 3) We bought a living social deal, but they charged our credit card the full price anyway. So now we're fighting the company to get our money back! 4) It was a very frustrating experience working with them, from start to finish. Just save yourself time, money and frustration and use a different company! read more

I ordered them for my birthday last year to go wine tasting and I had such a great time I am doing it again this year. They were on time and gave us lots of help in deciding were to go. We ended up doing a sparkling wine tour of Napa which was fantastic. We even stopped at In-n-out on our way back to the city. Yes, you have to read the fine print and pay a tip to the driver but that should happen anyways. We also had to be careful not to go over our time which was not an issue because in 5 hours we went to 4 wineries. We had the most fun popping bottles on the Golden Gate Bridge in the limo. read more

PLEASE READ. Learn from my mistake. Passenger carriers (limousines, airport shuttles, charter and scheduled bus operators, and others) have to obtain permits or certificates after providing financial responsibility and safety information to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). This includes evidence of liability insurance and a California Highway Patrol safety inspection. Before you book or buy a discount voucher from Itours, ask for their TCP # which legally has to be on their website (it isn't currently) and call the CPUC at 1-800-894-9444. Not good. Stay away. read more

This limo service was run like scam artist. It post on Living Social and promise that it only charge 75 dollar for round trip to SFO. Then when I call, it asked for additional 85 dollar for out of town pick. I think that was reasonable. But, then the dirver was not able to give me any receipt when I paid after I arrive at SFO. The driver promised he will have someone send me the receipt to email in couple day. However, it did not happen. I took the limo from SFO today and the driver asked for another 85 dollar and claim that it is per trip. If you added them all up, this is just the regular price you pay for round trip (75 +85 *2). You don't save a single cents at all. To make it worse, I can't even get a receipt from them to file for my travel expenses. This is a limo company you should avoid at all cost. read more

Total rip off. Beware!!!! They are trying to charge hundreds of extra dollars to my credit car that were not in the contract. They came 1:15 hour later, so we lost our reservations. The limo was very old, kind of run-down, and at the end ended up in a fight between my lawyer friends (two of my guests) and the itour guy because they wanted to get a signed blank voucher of my credit card so they could charge artificial charges later. They say the value of the coupon (it said $500) was the value they were going to take to charge taxes and tip. In the middle of the discussion he kept changing the suppose value from 500 to 700 and then to 750, instead of the value it said in the living social coupon. Then, in the contract said that the tip it was from the price of the coupon, and the most outrageous part is that they would charge taxes for the original full price without the coupon instead of taxes for what I pay (the legal tax). It will possibly end up having to go to small claim courts to resolve this. A nightmare. read more

AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM! I booked a birthday wine tasting trip through Amazon deals with iTours and was thoroughly discouraged by their ineptitude and sleezy business behavior. I booked a 7-hour trip to wine country. John, our driver, arrived 15 minutes late to pick up our group. I called the office to check in on him when he hadn't arrived yet by 10am our designated pickup time and no one had called me, Iwas notified he was on his way, however his delay meant that we arrived late for our tasting reservations, which in turn pushed back our agenda. However, we adapted and moved on. His attitude was sullen, unhappy and thoroughly displeased with his job for the afternoon, but we made no comment out of respect. Not someone I would hire for a 7-hour trip with a professional, customer service based, luxury company. At our final tasting he sent me numerous texts about the timing for leaving. According to one text he had GPS mapped the return route and found it would take an hour to get back to SF. Following his request we left Domaine Carneros at 4:15 in order to return to San Francisco by 5:15pm. Unfortunately we hit traffic crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and thus arrived home at 5:30. Similar to the 15 minutes he had arrived late to start the day. When i requested a receipt to sign he neglected to write a total, an initial tip-off that something unsavory was in the mix. He then decided we owed the extra hour fee. However, based on the details given above and his un-prompt manner for the trip it is absolutely ridiculous to be charged for an additional hour. I spoke with Tony in theoffice that evening. He assured me that no charge would be made to my credit card until he had spoken with John AND called me back. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. My credit card was charged for the overage and still no one has been in contact with me. I have informed my credit card company and called the limo company upwards of 10 times, including an email and STILL no one has gotten back to me! It is clear that they make their money on scamming customers and then disappearing. The service was rude and unprofessional and late. and charged an EXTRA $125! Absurd. DO NOT USE. read more

Javier was my driver and he was awesome! Super friendly and gave great recommendations for wineries in Napa. Due to the limited time frame (purchased a Living Social deal for 5 hour ride but takes 1.5 hours one way to get to Napa from SF) he tried to help us by giving us helpful time frames so we would not go over the time frame and have to pay additional fees. Went down one star because of the condition of the vehicle. A couple glasses had stains from previous usage. He did point out it was not his usual vehicle. We were able to successfully hook up out iPhone for music which is a huge plus. A good thing to know is that the living social deal does not cover the full cost. I know there are many reviews are very low on the limo services that sell these deals because people feel like they are being scammed with costs. You just need to know that Tax and Gratuity is not included. Whenever I have used limo services, gratuity is usually 18 or 20%. Good thing to know if you want to purchase a deal! (Came out to be around $210 for gratuity and tax in addition to cost of the Living Social deal) read more

This gets a 1 star review only because zero is not an option. Our drier was late, he got lost, both up to Napa and coming home. He did not drive slow, however, in fact, we were uncomfortable in the limo due to his reckless driving. A few times, there were other drivers that honked at us and had to swerve out of our way. I sent an email addressing our concerns to the company and have not heard anything in reply. The worst part of it is that they are charging us for tons of things and they are rude and the limos are gross. And also the charge you on automatic 20% of tip. What is that about!! So lets make this story short the are charging us more that $1200 of extras what is that about. That is all I have to say. You figure it out if it is worth it! They SUCK big time!! read more

If I could give this company ZERO stars- I would. I bought a voucher for a ride to SFO through Livingsocial for this company. I called them two weeks in advance to book my pick up and drop off time - all seemed well and I was excited! Come the morning of - I was left waiting, waiting, and waiting. After EIGHT phones calls to the phone number iTours provides - with no answer- I was forced to call and cab and RUSH to the airport. When I called Livingsocial for a refund they informed me that iTours insisted they were waiting outside my apartment and I must have missed the car- therefore would not issue a refund. I will NEVER use this company again and I urge you to bring your business somewhere else as well!!! read more

Purchased the Living Social deal for airport transport. Deal clearly stated pickup within 50 miles of San Francisco and they even listed our zip code in Union City as qualified for the deal. After purchasing it call the company to schedule the trip and they refused to honor the coupon saying it was only valid for San Francisco pickup despite what the coupon says. Deceptive and dishonest business, I got a refund and am going with a more reputable company. Would never call again. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

If I can give a negative star review, i would give this place a negative 5 stars. This company is a complete hoax of a company and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. I bought a LivingSocial deal for a CA wine country tour and found this company to be completely unprofessional. The man who responds to emails and phone calls, John, has given me nothing but attitude during phone calls and through emails. Talk about horrible customer service. After reading negative yelp reviews, I decided that it was best to not go with the service because I did not want to get risk being screwed over. The customer "contract," which may I add is probably the worst contract ever drafted, contradicts itself and completely goes against the terms on the LivingSocial deal. John's contract states both that cancelations are acceptable within 48 hours free of charge and that a cancelation is subject to a $150 cancelation charge. The contract also says that the company reserves the right to charge for the full value of the service if there is a cancelation. I called LivingSocial to make sure that I would not be charged for canceling. They contacted John and confirmed that even though his contract is contradictory, he would abide by the LivingSocial Terms of Service. When I go to cancel my reservation, John responds saying that I will have to pay the cancelation fee because they are losing a spot. Get it together WS LIMO SERVICE! You will not survive in the business world by screwing over potential customers and by offering them shitty service. Thankfully LivingSocial has been helpful in helping me sort this out. Words of advice: DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL OR BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY! read more
