So I'm buying an external keyboard, a keyboard cover, and 2 gigs of RAM to thank him for restoring both of my laptops - and their screens- to high-functioning beauties.

I found that when they reassembled the phone they left out, lost or stole multiple screws that should have been replaced, failed to preserve or replace the protective sticker required for using NFC and left out, lost or stole multiple small metal pieces that cover and hold in place the important wire connections in the device.
