I ordered 2 one pepperoni one sausage ( do not ask me why I did that) I guess I was hoping that the pizza would be a little bit on the tasty side and I would have a few pieces left for lunch ouch... Well, I am still sitting here in their parking lot. I ordered over the phone, 5 salads, 3 cheese breads and 6 fries. Already paid. Been waiting over 40 minutes. Meanwhile people have come and gone with their orders. We have already paid. They told us they will let us know when they will be done. We checked again. Then we saw their delivery driver come back with a grocery bag of food and the lady ran out to get it and she hurriedly ran back into the restuarant. Bad experience with delivery. My co-worker and I called in an order. We waited for almost 2 hrs. We started feeling bad and had to order from somewhere else as to not have sugar levels bottom out. We have gotten delivery a few times and have had no problems. I dont have a problem with the food, its decent for the price. My problem is when they get the order wrong and then you want to argue that I did get what I ordered. I can hear the kitchen yelling that we just want free food and we probably ate half! Staying in Salisbury for the night the family not want to go out for dinner asking if we could get delivery. Found the "Italy Cafe" menu in the lobby of the hotel we were staying at. Ordered up a couple pizzas for delivery wanting to try something other than the national chains pizzas that also available. Pricing was OK and delivery time was fairly fast, better than what we were quoted on the phone. One for our pizza was the white pizza (ricotta, ham & pineapple) wow that was a great surprise lots of great flavor well worth it, a must try. Their salads are awesome. Their wings are delicious. The fried appetizers and sandwiches are great. But the entrees are SWIMMING in oil. I got chicken florentine. It had a butterflied chicken breast, mushrooms, and spinach cooked in white wine. It was good but it was so oily that I felt gross after eating it. It came with a side of spaghetti in meat sauce. It's swimming in oil as well. I don't even know if I want to finish it. So be wary of the entrees. They taste good but it feels like you just ate a pot of grease. Ick. The prices are comparable to a restaurant. They deliver to your home, so it's nice to have a restaurant-like meal at home. The ordering and delivery are easy and relatively quick. Called one night (10/12), got put on hold for 9 minutes. Called back, got put on hold for 8 minutes, then someone picked up and said they stopped delivery at 10 (it was 10:04). Called today, it rang and rang. Called back, it rang and rang. After calling multiple times, someone finally answered and put me on hold. Left me on hold for about 3 minutes, then finally came on. At that point, we were just sick of it and ordered from somewhere else. As a couple that orders out a LOT, I don't see y'all getting anything from us again. And we'll be sure to let everyone else know how bad y'all are as well. Sad, too, because the two times we did get food from you it was excellent. I honestly do not understand why this place is under appreciated as much as it is! Granted it is on the slower side of town, but still this place has amazing food! You can definitely tell how much of a hidden gem this place is as soon as you take that first bite! I used to eat here several times a week but just a few minutes ago the delivery driver grabbed my shoulders very forcefully pulling me in front of him because he was scared of my chocolate lab who is very sweet and it's nothing to be scared of.I am contemplating pressing charges and I also never got my food! not to mention he also had a small child in the back of the car with him I think thats great he does not have to pay for child care but everyone else does. read more

This is the only place around that has burgers on their menu for delivery! Great Gyro, Burger, and Calamari. The delivery people are always very nice, even tho they can never find my house :-). The pasta entrees have way to much sauce, i only ever get it if i have leftover chicken to add to it to even it out. I love the special vegetarian pizza with eggplant for the most part. I don't think the deserts are home made, literally the tiramisu is still frozen when i get it, but it's still good. To be honest, the main reason i eat here is because of the delivery. read more

They're really good about delivery and are open late which is great for those of us in college. I ordered 2 pasta dishes and had them delivered. One star is for their awesome delivery guy. And one star is for the salad that comes with the pasta. The salad had big chunks of lettuce but I really like that. Thankfully 2 salads came otherwise I wouldn't have had much lunch. I got a pasta dish with chicken, spinach and mushrooms. Most places don't use fresh mushrooms and I couldn't car less. But they use canned spinach on the pasta. CANNED SPINACH ON PASTA? The pasta sauce tasted sour. The other dish was chicken and vegetables with pasta. The vegetables were prepared from frozen. I don't understand a restaurant that doesn't use at least some fresh veggies on their dishes. If I was able to score this place lower I would. This restaurant has horrible customer service! I called to place a delivery order and they intentionally left me on hold past closing. Emily then asked if I still wanted to place an order. (Why else would I have stayed on hold?). She said that she had to check to see if they could do it and came back to the phone to say the manager said they couldn't. I notified her that she kept me on hold past closing and she said the kitchen is sometimes shut down early. For all she knew I could have wanted to order dessert and drinks. I asked to speak with a manager and she said he wasn't there and would be back tomorrow. (So how did you just ask him if it could be delivered?) After realizing it takes one lie to cover up another, she then hands the phone to an equally incapable, incompetent, and unprofessional person who refused to disclose his name. However, I think it's safe to assume he will be there for years to come, if the business stays open that long considering the service they offer.
