Would never go to this location again. Super rude staff and policy. Walked in with my wife to grab some coffees and muffins. We walked to the counter together. I asked the employee working the desk if I could have the code to get into the restroom, because it was locked when I tried to get in and had a keypad on it. She told me we would have to order something before she would give it to me. So my wife proceeded to place our order. Once the order was placed, I asked for the code again, and she said I would need to wait until the transaction went through and was approved and we were served our food. I walked out and will never go to that location again, to be sadly treated as a homeless person or worse. I'm giving two stars the Latte was made well, I did a online order then when go to get my drinks my husband and I the young woman making ignored the fact we had been standing for 5 minutes waiting on the drinks that were sitting in prep area while the staff proceeded to have a full conversation about abortions which was odd... I finally had to get the staffs attention and say as I pointed to the drinks... Went through the drive through amd ordered one coffee and one donut. There was maybe one car in the parking lot and none in the drive through. Pulled up to the window and could see someone on their cell phone just behind the window. There was another guy walking around and laughing. No one appeared to be working. Fast service but questionable quality. They were kinda nice but very wrong and not accommodating ... I think they were moving too fast. We ordered hot drinks and got them iced. Couldn't switch without a charge. We asked for a sandwich with no cheese and got cheese. We were stuck with sandwiches we couldn't eat and drinks we didn't really enjoy.
