    Roma prosciutto pizza

I don't know what it is they put in their dough, but it leaves a terrible aftertaste. I just ordered some them today and I've been eating pizza all my life but this dough is weird. But I had their tiramisu and it was delicious. Maybe it was an off day.

Solid pizza spot with about four different tvs, playing a wide range of movies, sporting events, and shows. We had the portabella pizza and enjoyed it. I loved the fresh roasted garlic chunks, cheese, and soft yet crispy crust. I didn't get too much of the portabella taste, but the pizza was still great. Service was fast as well. A small 10 inch pizza is about $13 and I don't live close enough to come here often but if I feel like treating myself, I'll come down!

    Small Supreme pizza

I used the Yelp delivery app. I ordered a small supreme pizza, & 6 hot wings. It advised a 35-50min wait. After an hour and maybe 5 or 10mins I sent a message inquiring about my order and 1min later the delivery guy calls my phone and says he down stairs what's the apt # *SIDE EYE* The pizza was cold. It was prepared correctly, but COLD!!!!! Not luke warm or anything. The wings were fresh, but seemed smoked and barely had any sauce on them. The meal definitely was a waste of $23.

Came in here for dinner & ordered the Steak & Cheese Panini... honestly among the best sandwiches I've had. They really surpassed my expectations! The bread was definitely the highlight for me; it was fresh, soft, and really soaked in the flavor from the sandwich. The hot peppers added in that perfect kick too!

33 minutes from clicking send on Eat24 and they come to my door! Even on 4th of July! The food was delicious and large portions! 1. Bruschetta was delicious with fresh tomato and Parmesan, oil , basil and garlic. Large portion as well. 2. Manicotti was so flavorful with ricotta and mozzarella and a few other cheeses. Baked perfectly with marinara and cheese. 3. Calzone with spinach, artichoke hearts, ricotta, tomato, basil, was huge and delicious. Enough to feed 3 easily! 4. Cannoli is just sweet enough. Creamy and tasty. Will definitely order from here again. But I will have leftovers for a few days easy haha.

I had a pizza craving one night, so i decided to try something new. I am so glad I did! I usually get Whole Foods cheese pizza because i like REAL cheese! This place definitely has quality cheeses! I fell in love at first bite! Everything i could ever ask for in a pizza. The cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. Delivery was only 20 minutes! Way faster than any other pizza places I've ordered from in the past. Where has this place been all my life?!

What pizza joint with eat-in seating would have their AC inoperable for 2+ months during DC summer? Must not need the business!

The service is friendly and prompt. They accommodated my toddler with crayons, a high chair, and checked up on us often. They even put away our stroller so we could eat comfortably. There is indoor and outdoor seating that is spacious enough for groups. Now to the food! - I ordered the short rib sandwich on focaccia without cheese and it was absolutely amazing. It felt like a warm hug on a cold winter day. The salad was a nice healthy treat with just olive oil, a splash of lemon and salt. My guests ordered their pizzas and I was happy to see they have a vegan cheese (Follow your Heart brand). I tasted the crust of my kids pizza and it was pillowy and chewy. They have a great selection of craft beer and wine. If you are looking for a nice but casual eatery that's family friendly, this is it!

The day we visited, they had a margherita pizza and a veggie (mozzarella, Italian dandelions, sun-dried tomatoes, whipped goat chevre & hot honey). I'm still not sure what an Italian dandelion is, but it tasted great. But my favorite was the soft-serve, Honey Cardamon Lemon with Pistachios. Inventive and yummy! FYI, you can order the soft-serve when you order your pizza, but pick it up at the end of your meal so it doesn't melt. The food tastes great, but most of all, it's local and family-owned. Definitely in my standard rotation of pizza places. You should definitely get out to Takoma Park and try Red Hound!

It started out good, then it was mediocre, then it was good again. And so on and so forth. Frustrated by the lack of consistency, we stopped going for a while. But now - "it's good again!" On my latest visit, I stuck to the basics: spaghetti bolognaise, a house salad, and a glass of Montepulciano de Abruzzo. Spaghetti bolognaise isn't on the menu per se - but there is bolognaise over gnocchi, and the chef is willing to go with a different pasta on request. I was delighted with the sauce - among the best I have had around town - and the pasta was of good quality and cooked to perfection. The dish was also plated very nicely, in a neat little swirl. Not showy but with care. I appreciated that. The salad was fresh and used crisp apples, not mealy ones. I would have liked a better quality Montepulciano, or perhaps glass a whose shape would improve its robustness, but it was fine. I'm a little worried that what once was a steady clientele has dropped off. The restaurant was only half full on a Friday evening. But I, at least, will be returning soon!

We were in town for my son's swim meet and wanted a great Italian spot where he could carb up before his races and I'm so happy we found this beautiful, family-oriented restaurant.
