They were so flexible and compassionate with me when I unexpectedly had to drop Piglet off for an undetermined amount of time due to a tragic death in the family during the pandemic. During the week or so Piglet was there, they went absolutely above and beyond to make an already emotional and stressful time that much easier and never made any of our calls or texts feel transactional-- I always felt like they genuinely cared and Piglet was being well-loved. Unfortunately, I've since moved out of state and have to use another local boarder. Willamette Valley Dog & Cat Motel sets the bar high and nothing quite compares to these guys. We miss you!

I have tried on three different occasions reaching out to them and I've never gotten ahold of anyone when calling or have I ever received a call back when I've contact them through the website or left a voice message. Seems pretty basic to call a potential customer back (and I would have been a repeat customer) if you are a business, but hey what do I know? Based on this, I will not be reaching out to them again as I can already tell they are unprofessional.

Since I found her in February, she's been nothing short of a life-saver and has become a huge part of my dogs' lives AND become a dear friend. When my schedule became impossible and I started finding notes from my neighbor on my door when I'd get home at the end of the day, I knew I needed to find someone. In came Genna, who loves dogs and animals to the core of her being, and who has - to my chagrin - cleaned up a myriad of crazy messes my dogs greeted her with. She walks my two large pups numerous times a week and even though I never asked her to, she lets me know when she's arriving and sends me fantastic photos of the dogs EVERY SINGLE TIME.
