These guys seem nice at first. They fixed my wife's iPhone 6 + charging port. Later, I also needed a new battery for my Samsung S6 Edge with blue back. They charged $84.80 for the back & battery. When I returned, they wanted $69 + tax additional. He also gave me a story about how the new battery would not last any longer as my phone from T-Mobile was using too much power. It was an app problem. That got me curious, the phone was off and when I turned it on the battery was lower than ever and charge dropping before my eyes. As I looked at the phone, it was obvious they did not replace the back that I paid for nor the charging port ordered - same old worn connection and doubtful they replaced the battery. The guy there said the back didn't break as it usually does, so new one wasn't needed, yet he wouldn't return money for the part not used. He got me online with his boss, the tech who did the repair and he said the back was replaced. It was obvious he was lying. I have the pictures of the back of the phone with the same wear marks and same worn sticker. These guys will scam you and will not return your money. Also when he wouldn't give my money back, I told him I would hold on to his phone until he gave my money back. He then physically assaulted me, pushing me and holding onto me as I tried to walk away with my 9 year old son. I will be contacting the mall security and police for the videos. He claimed he did not have the money, but would need his phone to talk to his boss; finally he did give my money back when I insisted on holding his phone until the money was returned for the blue Galaxy phone back I paid for that was clearly not replaced. Another issue is they ask for your PIN to get into your phone for settings. I totally do not trust them now. They could copy the phone contents for review later and breach of personal and business confidential information. Beware! read more
