This is the worse storage facility I've ever used . This is for the 67th and cottage location…read more it's dark . There are no lights in the unit. The units have small house room sized doors. There were only 3 broken carts for the entire facility. There is only access while the office is open so you have to be done by 5:30 Monday through Friday, even earlier on Saturday and they are not open on Sunday.. There were roaches crawling outside the unit across from my unit on the wall. My vintage Mrs.Clause giant musical ornament has been eaten through by mice. 3 days after my bill was due on a$130 unit, I said I wanted to move out. I was told I'd be charged $68 for a prorated amount for 4 days that was actually half a months rent. There is one very rude unprofessional woman who talks nasty !I was told I could only use a money order to close out the unit.

I used another PS before, so I was familiar with procedures. The day of move in, Katrina was at the desk. She showed me the unit which was clean, but the light inside had no on/off switch. She offered to get it fixed, but I would have had to leave my lock key. I get the feeling it should have been fixed long ago, when the unit was empty, and should have been preinspected prior to my rental. That's my only complaint. Katrina covered all parts of the contract, and offered several packing items for moving help. She is professional, and friendly, and was a pleasure to do business with.

I spoke with the manager she helped me in doing my insurance claim. Unfortunately because movers moved my belongings into storage I am unable to get better pictures to send to the insurance company. I used the website and the app for most of my pre-rental questions. When I arrived, Aida was very professional and helpful. She made sure I found my unit and even helped me transport my items. The only thing I didn't like was their access hours (9:30 AM-5 PM on the weekends and 6 PM during the week.) I would rent from them again if I ever have the need.
