Let's start with the stolen property from MBS by the employees of the storage facility. We had a…read moremotorcycle in storage that my husband had restored. The STAFF of MBS moved it into a smaller unit for us. The seat, the battery box and the plugs were all missing when we picked up the bike, and they were definitely there and the bike was intact when we put in the initial unit and the last time we saw it. In essence they stripped the bike before we could get it out of there. The ONLY people that touched that bike were the staff members of MBS....... So, if you're reading this you can connect the dots from A to B, who actually stole from us. We have a very good idea who it was but we have no proof and they do not intend to ever provide security footage or an answer as to who took our property.....what security footage??...they don't know a thing about it...hmmmm They are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with. That person is filthy, disgusting and downright evil. We were not only the targets of theft, we were harassed and belittled on multiple occasions by the person/persons we suspect. This was not the only incident with them, but this one crossed the line into actual stealing property. It's been reported, but that's the best we could do without the proof. I won't name them, but rest assured they aren't going anywhere. The only consolation of this utterly disgusting experience is that karma will eventually catch up to them. Their business license was suspended by the state of Texas for not paying their business taxes .....which is public information .....but they sure have the money to expand their business. It says a lot of about those people at MBS. The word "best" in their name is completely false advertising. Unless, you're talking about the best at taking people for a ride and putting their greedy hands on other people's things because it's something they think they want, then yes, they are obviously the best at that. Pathetic. I advise anyone reading this find a LEGITIMATE storage facility, and check them out first!!!!! I won't discourage anyone to try them, just be aware you might be the next person to get a target on your back at MBS. They will have to find someone else now that we are out of there. Good luck. I've been threatened about posting a negative review but that was before we got our bike back so here is that review with the absolute true experience we had at MBS. Not hearsay or posting just because. The truth needs to be told.

If you're still looking for movers, just stop now. You've found them…read more I couldn't have asked for better. Took me days and researched about 20 different companies before locking in Moovit4now. Not only did they quote the best price but customer service is unmatched and above and beyond. No one else compared. Moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta, and everything was on time (actually early!) The actual moving pick up/loading and drop off/unloading was all seamless. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have people you can trust and are reliable and honest when it comes to moving. Especially across the country! The whole team is amazing and communicative. Lindsey was my main POC and is just the sweetest and so helpful before, during --answering all my questions and putting me at ease with any concern. Thank you for everything!

Ivan and his crews was the team for my move. I told Ivan that we are moving back to Los Angeles in few weeks and we would have them back for the move as well. I even tipped them $20 each for 4 guys. BUT I DID NOT HIRE THEM BACK when I found these. I don't like to write reviews especially negative ones. However, I am just too upset. My expensive machines and equipments are Broken and are Not working now. I told Ivan that the machines are very expensive and take an extra care and handling on these. I have to pay for repairs or buy new ones now. The scratches are all over our furnitures. I am calling places to repair the machines and equipments now. They put a scotch tape over broken picture frame. Sofa legs are chipped and one of the leg is broken. I hired different company for my move.

If I could leave no star! I am disappointed in the service I…read morereceived in my recent move. I have never dealt with this kind of horrible customer service and moving company in my life. The moving company didnt show up the original date. I had to wait the next day. I have spoke with "Alex" 7134263222 several times trying to resolve issues that occurred during the move. My pottery barn sectional was stained, my stainless steel refrigerator is scratched and dented. I was over charged for labor. I was told I had to pay before the move was over because the office was closed and if I didn't pay. "Alex" was going to stop the movers and take my belongings that were still in the truck. I went with a more expensive moving company expecting a better experience than I did. I immediately contacted Alex via phone to tell him about my damages and overcharges now he is not accepting responsibility nor reimbursing me for the overcharged labor or any damages. He is trying to say my sectional was "stained" not damaged. Hmm that is damaged. And what about my brand new refrigerator it looks now like I bought it at a dent and scratch. Most importantly how are you not going to reimburse someone after you admittedly overcharged them? BE WARE ANY ONE THAT USES THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT SAFE OR PROFESSIONAL. I think he was trying and did take advantage of me because I'm a tiny little woman. I wish I would have saw the yelp review already filing a complaint with the same issues I had, before I used them. I did google review. I would just like to pay for the actual labor I received and get my Reimbursed overcharges back. I have left this review before but want to keep it active so people are aware of SCAM and to look at other people's reviews in google and yelp that pretty much had the same type of experience if he uses different company names I would google search his number just to be on the safe side. Hope this can help anyone Alex, Me and my husband did personal talk to you and you were our original moving company. And it was your movers that initialed the contract because the total hours to move was not accurate on the contract and it was me that asked the movers to correct the actual time it took and initial the corrections But I don't expect a honest reply or answer from you after having to deal with you and your company.

I hired this company based off their rate and nothing more. This was my first mistake. I should have read more into the reviews and dug into the company with the BBB and such. I wanted them to move my mother's thing into a storage room, as she was moving out to another home at a later time. I told them how many rooms, and told them I needed it all packed in boxes and plastic wrapped. I was quoted around $1,200.00 for it all. I thought that was a very good price due them not even seeing how much. We budgeted that money, and were ready to go. Well, I will stop there. I will let you read the email I sent to owner (Santos) and the sales rep (Alex) asked for some type of reimbursement for all poor work they did. - Start of Email- Dear Alex, Thank you again for trying to help us resolve all the issues we had with your company. We know that you guys want to make it right and have a good image for years to come. Please allow me to give you the list of all the issues we have had with the moving team you sent us, and at the end we will let you know what we would like to ask of you to make it right. Pictures will be attached. 1) I asked Alex for their best team and gave them over a week notice. This did not happen. The lead driver was 18 years, other was 16, and the guy that did not speak English was 47. It made it very difficult to communicate with them when asking them questions. 2) We requested the moving team to show up between 8-9am.. They showed up at 9:30am due to flat tires ... But was called at 9:05am about being 20 min late. 3) 40% of the time the other two stood around while the 18 year old did the wrapping for the items to be moved. He was sweating all over our stuff while he was using his body to hold things in place while he solo wrapped our belongings. 4) No mask or gloves at all while on site. No offer to wear any too. 5) They had no idea how to move mattresses. Mattress was bent in half when moving it. 6) Layed bed frame in against windows and blinds, damaging blinds and scratching windows in home. 7) One of them was on their phone watching YouTube while the others worked. 8) They had no care on how they handled our stuff until I complained to Alex about this. 9) We were charged 10.00 for each USED, dirty, and damaged moving blanket. 10) The 16 year old over used packing supplies... Used our rolls of tape too. 11) We paid for mattress bags as our beds would be moved to storage. They damaged the bags by putting holes in them. The response is we need to make holes in them in order to move them. They laughed at me when I told them "what's the point of it being a mattress bag if there is holes in them" 12) This may be standard, but they charge you 65.00 to come to your location to start. And change you 95.00 to clean their truck out (even if it was only 30% full... All boxed and sealed) We are requesting a refund off all packing materials and two hour refund of labor for a total of no less than $500.00 Please let us know how you would like to proceed. - End- The company did not offer to do anything about it. Santos said they would have our insurance company look into. Nothing was ever done. We even tried to dispute it with our credit card company, and they pushed their eligible contract back at us. PLEASE PLEASE use caution if you choose to hire this company. Besafe, and think about just moving the stuff yourself or friends.

I had a local move , just 10 min up the street in houston/cypress ,…read moreand was trying to find the most efficient workers, who were also within budget and could help me pack up any boxes that I did not get to. What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!
