We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

I have worked with Mario and his guys on multiple jobs for years now. Every time he and his guys separate themselves by showing up when they say they will, notifying me of any unforeseen issues or delays early, and THEY CLEAN UP before they leave.
