Talked to Ivan, rates were better than nationally known companies so we set up delivery date. Bin was delivered as scheduled, placed exactly where I wanted it. Lots of care taken by driver to protect my property. Completed my renovation, called to have bin picked up (ran a couple days over my agreed rental dates) Ivan thanked me for using their business and excused any late charges. I was looking around for an honest & reasonable trash removal company when renovating my property. I've call about three different companies before I came across this one. The first person to answer the phone was Marcy. She was were very knowledgeable and completely honest with me with about all there pricing. They didn't try to over sell me but instead provided me with a great service. I've told here what I need and how long I needed for. I wanted to do a huge clean out of my garage and my shed as well as trim trees etc. I was tired of hauling things out on garbage day and putting rope around things like brush and tree limbs in order for the waste mgmt company to take it. Great communication, friendly and flexible. We'll be happy to use them again, when the need arises. We have used them probably 4+ times. I highly recommend these guys for your personal/construction needs. Never torn up or land. Always willing to wait until it's dry at no extra charge. After calling several rubbish removal companies I found this local owned and operated company. Great and friendly people, attentive, responsive and the best deal! They took care of not just dropping off the 10-ft container, the driver put several 2x6 so that the container would not damage my driveway! Nice touch rather then say I am sorry about your damaged driveway. Also at pick up, the driver swept my driveway to clean any household debris left and run a magnet broom to pick up nails or screws that could puncture tires! Their prices are fair, and they were very helpful on the phone. They knew exactly what I needed after asking questions about the kind of things I would be getting rid of. After loading the dumpster, it was the perfect size for what I needed. They delivered the dumpster when they said they would, and they picked it up when I asked them to come get it. My cleanup and remodeling project ended just as Hurricane Harvey went through. Because of the storm, I was on a short waiting list, and got a dumpster within a week. That's a miracle! And the price was reasonable - (no price hike because of the storm) just one set price for delivery, rental and pickup. I was doing a remodeling project on our new home purchase and was ripping out cabinets, Sheetrock and brick. I found these guys on Yelp. They were responsive, affordable and friendly. One thing to note, you cannot use their big dumpsters for heavy stuff like brick. You must request a smaller one for heavy items like brick and tile. Dumpster was delivered on time & picked up w/out me having to be home. Quality of dumpster is good - clean & easy to use (can be opened up on one end or just toss stuff over the side). Cost is a little high but considering the convenience of use (delivery & pick-up of your debris), it was worth it to me; I'll definitely use it again. read more
