I finally had to interrupt him at the computer with "hello, can I ask a quick question" and then he informed me that they did not in fact have a dolly. Very unprofessional. It's sad that we are kissing customer service in our society.

She was awesome and really helped us out in a pinch. We do not expect to have to rent the unit for a long time, but the unit is clean, and secure and I like how the facility is monitored with security camera and electric gates. So, need a storage space, I recommend this one, and it is next door to V Pizza so you can get a beer after you move in your stuff.
