Contacted WDepofRevenue and they gave me the statute #. I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund. Our experience with him makes us question his honesty and integrity.

It's pretty impressive to see the truck with the hoses and raised balloons cleaning the air ducts and the neighbors were glued to their windows to see how it was going. Our second home is a two-story home and it was new to us, so we wanted to start with a proper air duct cleaning with added dryer vent cleaning. The day the two gentlemen came, it was raining throughout and they had made arrangements to keep their shoes and hoses from tracking water or other debri into our home. Again, impressive!
