I let him know that I had purchased the new latches and he set up an appointment to install them. He was prompt and professional and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate his thoroughness and cleaning up everything. He also assembled a small side table for me while he was here and included it in just the cost of the gate repair work. We pay for a Premium maintenance service and are supposed to have 24 hour emergency service. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. They are using an AI answering system that doesn't work. Left several messages and got no response. When I finally got ahold of a human I was told I had to make an appointment because we already used our visit limit,which was only 2 visits a year and that was for maintenance. So not sure what premium service I'm getting! I canceled it and will get someone else to do maintenance. Im sure I cando better than t h e $520 I was paying yearly. Never did get a call back. I got smart, went to Angie's List, and found the highest rated company on there. The difference was astounding. They identified that All Phase totally screwed up and were surprised that they actually had the gall to not give me my money back. They said I did not need a new HVAC system, nor a $2600 repair. Then they went on to fix the problem (blown capacitor and expansion valve) that All Phase should have recognized right away. Stay away from All Phase. The almost cost me another $10,000!!!!

A few years ago, I had Palmers do a 50-year roof on my home. Great material, good bid, but some…read moreinstallation issues - the jibber-jabber crew paid more attention to the mariachi noise coming out of their boom box than the quality of their work. The ridge vent, which was not needed, was cut free-hand rather than striking a line to follow, consequently the opening was cut too wide in places, which meant the staples on some of the capping pieces didn't have anything but air to go into and so some didn't form to the roofline. On the bright side, when I called Palmers about this, it was immediately addressed with adhesive between the caps, but this shouldn't have been necessary, and the staples are still in nothing but air. Also, the crew removed some facia pieces and didn't replace them - I did. So, from my experience, I would say that Palmers is a good contractor but should train their crews better - just because something is out of sight doesn't mean it's not important to do a good and correct job.

Bait and switch!…read more Hottest week of summer and AC goes out. It was pushing out some cool air, but not keeping up. A service tech showed up promptly the next morning and confirmed we need a total system replacement. Yikes! Salesman shows up later in the day and presents pamphlets on Lennox and Daikin equipment, even showed prices, between $14,000-$16,000. Later he emailed the actual estimate, same prices, but now the equipment is Goodman, much lower quality of equipment. I got a much better deal from another local company $9,000. Be careful when dealing with salespeople in a moment of need. The worst part was, the salesman pulled the breaker from the outside unit so no cool air was being pushed out. After he left I put it back in for at least a little relief on these hot days!
