Gilbert and his team showed up on time, worked hard, and carefully cleaned up after the work was done. They even used a magnet to carefully comb our yard of any metal scraps to make sure the area was dog safe before they left. We needed a downspout added in an area that didn't have one and Gilbert worked with us to figure out the best place to add it while being mindful of my aesthetic preference for where to place it. Our new seamless gutters and the downspouts they made look amazing! We're so happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gilbert to family and friends for gutter work. I have struggled with doing a review for Bobby's Gutter Cleaning & Repair. They came recommended…read moreby the roofing company I trust. Bobby, the owner, is very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable priced. He came out in July and gave me a quote to high pressure wash my roof, repair 11 leaking gutter seams and install aluminum gutter filters. Work was performed in August and then we received about ¼" of rain in September. I was surprised when 5 of the gutter seams and 1 of my downspouts were leaking! Good thing there is a 1 year warranty. Bobby responded quickly and scheduled the repair. One week later, I found a bag of metal screws was left on my lower roof. Overall, I am happy with Bobby and his employee Nate, but I feel the attention to detail by other employees was lacking. One of the branches on my plant was damaged as they dragged the hose around, some of the lower tiles - which were removed to accommodate the gutter filters - were not repositioned correctly, the 6 leaks and finding the bag of metal screws. I feel hopeful the improvements will be beneficial with our upcoming wet winter, but curious how my gutters seams will hold. On a personal note, if you have your roof power washed, I recommend you unhook your downspout rain barrel and cover your sprinkler valves - it was my mistake not to cover them and it caused more work for myself.

After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. The tech built and installed my new downspout in about an hour. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again.
