I got the screen changed for my iPhone XS Max 38 days ago, and today my phone goes nuts... the touch screen does not work, the face recognition wont work, it keeps opening and closing apps.... it even went as far as to dial Emergency 911. The asian guy working refused to check it out stating I had to pay for services again. This man has no integrity or work ethic... wouldn't recommend going through the hassle that I did... I came back less than two hours later and it was fixed! He even replaced the tempered glass screen for me so I didn't have to go out and buy a new one (normally they're upwards of 30$). I took my I-phone 8 plus in for repair and the owner did a fantastic job at fixing my phone problem and charged a very nominal fair rate. I popped out the tray on the side that contains the sim card and I took the sim card out of the tray, but when I put it back in, I stupidly forgot to put the sim card back in the tray first. I just put the sim card back in without it being in the tray. Ok, so of course, the little sim card was stuck inside and I could not get it back out because it was held in by spring tension. I tried desperately to get it back out, but no success. So, I took it to iSolution Repair, and the owner quickly got the sim card back out and put back in with the tray.
