I had a charging port repaired by him and after the repairs none of my cords worked. I went back and he said it's the phone that's the problem. We tried his charger cord and only his chargers worked with the new aftermarket port, conveniently! He kept saying it was the phone, I told him it's your crappy parts. I spent $30 on two cords that are clearly over priced since they are cheap aftermarket ones. The first cord stopped working after 2 weeks. The second cord broke as I went to unplug it from the phone. I went in there to try and ask him to swap the $15 cord for a new he said no! He then tried to sell a new cord that he just opened and we tried it and the cord was bad. CHEAP PARTS! The next one he tried was a used one, he said see it works. $15 for a used one. I said NO! I want a new one that works, he then said I will not test anymore cables. You can buy or not. I said test it before I buy it. The next one worked but what a scam! I would never go back to this establishment. He uses cheap aftermarket parts and doesn't warranty anything. read more

wow i can't believe the lack of respect they have at this company... with that said, yes they are cheap for repair! however, i got my phone fixed here yesterday so i thought & now my phone is freezing up on me and does not work at all & its a brand new iphone 11!!! i called him back and said why is it freezing it was never like this before!? & the asian that works there started yelling and using profanity towards me!!!! dont come here its not worth saving $20-$30 stay away you'll be glad you did! they use cheap shitty party and have shitty customer service! read more

I would like to give 0 stars.... I got the screen changed for my iPhone XS Max 38 days ago, and today my phone goes nuts... the touch screen does not work, the face recognition wont work, it keeps opening and closing apps.... it even went as far as to dial Emergency 911. The asian guy working refused to check it out stating I had to pay for services again. This man has no integrity or work ethic... wouldn't recommend going through the hassle that I did... And theres no clever enough response to ever justify what happened. read more

I'm currently waiting for the police at this store. I asked them to give me a quote on repairing my 2008 MacBook Pro and/or restoring the memory. They called me with the quotes of $250 or $70. I said "no thank you". I will come pick it up. When I come to pick up he says, "We already do the work and you have to pay $70 or I will either erase all of the memory and/or not give you your MacBook back". Crooks. read more

Needed an iPhone 6s cracked screen repair. Went in around 1pm and was greeted by a man named Tri. He was very helpful and assured that he could fix my screen same-day and for only 89$. I came back less than two hours later and it was fixed! He even replaced the tempered glass screen for me so I didn't have to go out and buy a new one (normally they're upwards of 30$). I took my I-phone 8 plus in for repair and the owner did a fantastic job at fixing my phone problem and charged a very nominal fair rate. I popped out the tray on the side that contains the sim card and I took the sim card out of the tray, but when I put it back in, I stupidly forgot to put the sim card back in the tray first. I just put the sim card back in without it being in the tray. Ok, so of course, the little sim card was stuck inside and I could not get it back out because it was held in by spring tension. I tried desperately to get it back out, but no success. So, I took it to iSolution Repair, and the owner quickly got the sim card back out and put back in with the tray. He charged me a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this company. read more
