He did the job, replacing the screen and LCD on my Galaxy s6, but didn't put the front facing camera back in. The selfie cam gives an error and I have to reset the camera app from Apps under Settings every time it switches (by accident) to the selfie setting. Very annoying. Also I can't take selfies, at all. Also very annoying because I'm a solo backpacker. There's usually no one else around to take the photo of me. The selfie cam sure as heck worked before I took it too him. I know that he didn't put the selfie cam back in because I took apart a spare phone (in the pursuit of knowledge) and the selfie cam just clicks onto the mother board. Lastly, I can see that there is no selfie cam inside phone by looking through the hole on the glass where it would take pics from. Sloppy work, definitely not going here again. read more

Took my phone in to get the screen repaired from dropping my phone. I had gone in to do the same thing along with a battery about 2 months prior. He quoted me $85 to do the screen and LCD repair. I asked if he could put on a screen protector. He wanted to charge me $10. I asked to see it. It was a flimsy piece of plastic. I said I'm a returning customer who just spent $115 with you 2 months ago, I'm going to spend $85 now, and you're going to charge me $10 for a 5 cent piece of plastic? Why wouldn't you just throw that in to make a customer happy? How much does that cost you? He wouldn't say and said it was $10. Hopefully he will realize making a customer happy is far more important than nickel and diming when running a business. He was fast though, I will give him that. read more

I called into see if I can get a refund for my boss who used their services because he was given faulty parts for his phone. My boss not only lives in NorCal and travels to our SoCal office maybe once a month, but he is currently out of the country. So obviously cant come in. Now, I assumed they would honor a refund policy or some warranty, as the screen apparently wasn't properly installed per another phone repair vendor.
