I love that it is an Autism focused playground and recently found out there is a chain and one in my hometown. I really appreciated that there were tables and chairs available for parents to sit and watch or work while their child(ren) is enjoying the facility. We went on a weekday so it was not as busy but I suspect it would be on the weekend. Our kiddos had spent a few hours there and did not want to leave, which is a great sign. My daughter was anxious and were in a hurry to make sure we were able to set up everything within the small time-frame we were allotted before the guests arrived to the party room. The pizza has to be ordered ahead of time as it is delivered from an outside source. Overall it was a great experience.

Dustin Sparks (Owner at KidStrong Omaha) deliberately continued to charge my credit card for two…read moremonths *after* I verbally communicated to him in person that I was cancelling my daughter's membership. The total overcharge came to $447 and they refuse to refund the money, despite the fact that my daughter hasn't been in classes for three months. Dustin denies that we had a conversation in person, and despite cancelling *again*, I was mis-charged for a third time. I've tried calling at least 10 times and emailing, with zero response. They don't even pick up the phone. KidStrong touts that they will teach our children accountability, honesty and camaraderie, yet their business practices are downright deceptive. They are actively and intentionally stealing money from me. The reason I cancelled in the first place was because classes sizes are extremely crowded. Children are not given any kind of individual attention. Teachers are young and totally apathetic (barely a smile on their faces). They select winners during each class, perpetuating any self-esteem problems that children have who desperately need confidence that KidStrong claims to instill. This business is fraudulent, the owner is negligent and the classes are poorly run.
