Decided to try this place because I had heard great things about it. I chose to splurge and…read morepurchased the private experience package for my daughter and me, which cost $125 per person. When we checked in, we were the only ones participating in the private experience. The intern working there, I believe her name was Kara, was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything throughout the tour. This experience is advertised as an "interactive, hands-on experience," where you get to meet some animals that aren't included with general admission, such as the capybara, kangaroo, fox, porcupine, and raccoons. Most of the other animals can be interacted with during the regular experience, with the exception of the animals mentioned above and the wolfdog. The description states that the tour lasts 90 minutes, but we completed the entire experience in about 40 minutes. That may have been because it was just the two of us rather than a full group of six. As part of the safari experience, you're able to choose one animal to spend an additional 10-15 minutes with, and we chose the fox. I do wish they had mentioned at the beginning of the tour that the foxes tend to be skittish. Had we known that, we might have chosen a different animal for our extended interaction. They also provide a bucket of food so you can feed some of the animals during the experience. Overall, we definitely enjoyed spending time with the animals and learning more about them. However, in my opinion, the experience is priced way too high for what is included. While it was a fun and memorable visit, I personally don't feel it was worth the $125 per person cost.

Seriously a waste of time and money to drive out there for that. My kids actually said to me this place kinda sucks. They have plenty of land to be better.

We came in for our first birthday party experience and it was fun. It moved very quickly and the staff was very attentive. The kids enjoyed laser tag, and I really liked the pizza! You can find most of these games at Dave and Busters. The way their point system for games is set up is weird. Let's say a game is 1.5 points--that means they are taking $1.50 from your game card. Many games were 1.5 points, but there were quite a few that went up to 4. So paying $4 to play one game is outrageous and a rip-off, to say the least. At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. They said they were going to get someone, and we waited for maybe 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. I then decided to go find someone working at the shop, and she helped right away. Maybe we will come back and try the bowling and food, but when it comes to the arcade unfortunately we won't be back for that.

This was a great way for my daughters (age 11 and 8) to burn off some energy over Christmas break…read more It is a little pricey ($29 for the Platinum Attractions), but I personally feel the Deluxe Attractions is a winner at $20. If the ropes course was a draw for a higher level package, it was a little disappointing. The overall age range was a little younger - under 8, but there were plenty of kids in the 10 - 12 grouping and even a few teenagers. We didn't get anything to eat, but there was ample seating available if you wanted to hang out while the kids ran around. Both my kids had a great time and want to go back.

It honestly didn't seem like there was an attempt to make it look like they had tried. Stickers and garbage were inside the tunnels, ball pit balls had odd things stuck to them and a large portion of them were broken and just left in there. By the time my daughter was done with her two-hour play time her socks that were brand new were covered in who knows what and a completely different color. I feel like some better policies need to be put in place to keep this establishment clean and healthy for its patrons. I also didn't love sending my smaller child into the jungle gym play structure. There is no visibility in a large portion of the area so you have no idea where your child is and it made me nervous that larger kids were roughhousing without regard to the smaller ones. No one was saying anything to help keep everyone safe, which was a bummer. Lastly, I'm sure that teens are their normal demographic for staffing but maybe a no cell phone policy would do some good? Many staffers were locked in on their phones vs. paying attention to the safety of the children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

She is so kind and fun but also willing to be patient with us as we were making decisions on what we even wanted to make. We landed on a charcuterie board with a cheese knife. Totaling about $70 and it was looking so so so beautiful !! The hardest part is having to wait until the project is ready. This place is great for date nights or ladies night. They serve alcoholic beverages , sprite, coke, coffee and I'm sure I'm missing something else. The front of the store is a little boutique type set up with so many beautiful art pieces, clothes, accessories, candles, etc. and the back of the store is where the art is happening. They do resin, fluid art (paint pour), tumblers, patches on hats and tshirts, and everything was in a range of prices. Please consider this for your next date adventure or hangout with friends. We had a really good time.
