They have memberships and I think if you have 5 and under kids this would be worth the price, but with my school age kids we would not take advantage enough. The intern working there, I believe her name was Kara, was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything throughout the tour. This experience is advertised as an "interactive, hands-on experience," where you get to meet some animals that aren't included with general admission, such as the capybara, kangaroo, fox, porcupine, and raccoons. Most of the other animals can be interacted with during the regular experience, with the exception of the animals mentioned above and the wolfdog. The description states that the tour lasts 90 minutes, but we completed the entire experience in about 40 minutes. That may have been because it was just the two of us rather than a full group of six. As part of the safari experience, you're able to choose one animal to spend an additional 10-15 minutes with, and we chose the fox. I do wish they had mentioned at the beginning of the tour that the foxes tend to be skittish. Had we known that, we might have chosen a different animal for our extended interaction. They also provide a bucket of food so you can feed some of the animals during the experience. Overall, we definitely enjoyed spending time with the animals and learning more about them. However, in my opinion, the experience is priced way too high for what is included. While it was a fun and memorable visit, I personally don't feel it was worth the $125 per person cost.

Many games were 1.5 points, but there were quite a few that went up to 4. So paying $4 to play one game is outrageous and a rip-off, to say the least. At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. They said they were going to get someone, and we waited for maybe 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. I then decided to go find someone working at the shop, and she helped right away. WARNING ON URBAN AIR SUMMER MEMBERSHIP:…read more I signed my two children up for a summer membership which explicitly stated that it would roll into a month to month membership at the end of summer. During the summer, I had trouble with my online account (new system on their end) and sent them an email. In the email, I stated that I wanted to cancel the membership now instead of waiting until the end of summer. They responded stating that they could not do that but would follow up with an email to all of their customers about summer cancellations. They did in fact send a cancellation email on August 6th. I immediately filled out said form which was several weeks before my summer membership would expire and roll into a month to month. On September 8th, I was then charged for a monthly membership for my two children. I went to my account online which showed the membership had rolled from summer into month to month. I sent a message from their portal asking them to refund as I had clearly filled out the cancellation form and gotten a confirmation email (which I have a picture of). They did not respond. I sent an email with a picture of the cancellation form and asked them to refund the extra charge. They responded with "we hate to see you go, your membership is good until October 7, 2026." I responded (very heated after this third interaction) with "that is an absolutely unacceptable response and you will be refunding the charge or I will be contesting the transaction and taking this to the Attorney General and the BBB" - paraphrased, full conversation attached. They responded that they don't deal with threats and would no longer respond to me. It's not about the 32 dollars. This is the third year running that Urban Air has overcharged and then pretended there were no issues. I'm tired of them scamming their customers. I did put in a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General at this point. And I'll be contesting the transaction as soon as it shows as no longer pending on my account.
