I also picked up an online order today and their online pick up is also where you check out which is kind of frustrating because you have to basically cut the whole line waiting to check out. I wish they had a different area for online pick up so you don't feel super rude cutting the whole line. I would just stand in line next time since that's pretty much what I had to do anyway which cuts out the convenience of online ordering. Theres also an online ordering "progress" website which tells you when your order is ready but they don't update that either. If they fix the online process I could easily give them 5 stars!
