The trufflelata is so rich and sweet, it's as if they took a handful of truffles and just made it into a liquid form. Which is exactly what this drink is. It's a liquid fire truffle. You choose from any of the flavours and then they take the corresponding flavour of chocolate truffle and drop in a few of them to produce the ultimate milkshake that will have your dentist shrieking. However, my favourite thing to get here is the ice cream cone because it is the perfect rich, creamy texture that is just so dreamy and Godiva really knows their chocolate, so I mean, the chocolate ice cream is no less than exquisite. And it's not too sweet, unlike the trufflelata, which can sometimes be a bit too much. Also, make sure to sign up for their rewards programme because you get a free truffle every month! The ice cream was fantastic and definitely beats out most soft serve places I've tried, but then again, maybe I'm just biased because of that piece of tasty chocolate that was sticking out of the top?
