The husband and wife team here were great. You have to call to get in, and they were happy to help. Not only did she fix my glasses in about 10 seconds, but she also wouldn't even let me pay her. (It actually progressed into a Weiss ring.) I asked for a glasses/contact exam while I was there and he refused to fit me because I didn't have my current RX with me. He said I would need to come back with my current RX and that would be an additional fee. So, in other words, if I told him that I dropped my only pair of glasses in the ocean , he would not be able to prescribe a new pair? Horse hockey. I also need to mention that I have cataracts. My optometrist noticed them a couple years prior to this encounter. Rosenberg didn't say anything about them. Weird. The whole thing was just icky and weird.

If I was not placing and order they did not bare to help. Literally, once they said no we cannot help you they went Next Guest.
