I dropped off my wheels and the 3 LBS of gold powder slim shady calls me 4 days later says wheels are done I go there to pick up and the rims where total crap the red can be seen throu the gold and the adhesive tape that's used on the wheel weights was still on the wheel. This tells me he never sand blasted the wheels there was absolutely no prep done I showed him how bad the wheels were the Jamaican slim shady didn't care fix or resolve this problem. I Called the owner he said he would fix the wheels and make things right. wheels sat there for a full week I called to find out what was up they said you can pick them up I'm not going to do anything with them. I am extremely satisfied with their ability to remove two wine stains (the larger stain was 11"x12" and the smaller stain is 6.5"x4") from my wool heirloom rug. Hired Glows Sparkle for moving out cleaning package…read more After talking to Joe and seeing the website, I agreed to hire this company, even though they had no ratings. What a huge disappointment, was told they could steam clean the carpet, not true, was told that Bona product will be used on the floor, not true. The two ladies that came were very pleasant but confessed that I was given the wrong information and Joe no longer worked for the company. I wonder if the photos on the website is actually of their work. Some areas were not thoroughly cleaned such as kitchen counters ( corners), sliding doors to the dinning/ kitchen rooms, and the refrigerator.... The work was not done to my satisfaction and will not use them again. I told that the helper was new and unwell, the regular was not available. I was clearly mislead by their representative and the two areas I emphasized when I contacted them was poorly done, that is the wood floors and the carpets. The website is totally misleading. I had to hire another company to complete the work. Thanks gmk

Normally I can clean the house top to bottom on my own, but in this situation it was very difficult. I hired cleaners from Unique Cleaning Services to bring their house back to life, just in time for their return home. Over the phone consultation we discussed, the number of rooms, and the type of cleaning necessary. The house is pretty big with, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, three bedrooms, and of course the hallways. It was just the floors that required vacuuming and mopping. I have already done everything else on my own. Two ladies arrived at 2:00 o'clock as we agreed. I wish I could remember their names, but unfortunately I don't. They introduced themselves and they brought their cleaning supplies. We went over a quick tour of the rooms. And they went to work. One of them vacuumed and the other one mopped. They were very easy to talk to. For any area with a rug, they moved the rug, if it's a little rug, of it's larger, they folded it so they could reach the surface under it. They vacuumed and mopped under the couch. There is no cutting corners. They worked on the floors without any breaks for 2.5 hours. We initially agreed on two rooms, because one of the rooms had a mattress on the floor next to the bed. Later, I lifted the mattress and asked them if they could also do this room. They said it would be an additional $15. All of the hardwood floors were super clean and fresh, and the tiles were basically reflective, there wasn't a speck anywhere. For the first time service it was $160.00, it would be less expensive moving forward. I am so pleased with their cleaning service. I would totally use them for my own house, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
