We had staining on our dining room ceiling and issues with our gutters and Brian came over the same day we called to check everything out, and had the work done the next day. From the first meeting and reserving the day and time everything was very friendly and professional. And even better was the very thorough and professional cleaning that the two technicians from Barrin did on my home. They were obviously very experienced and so hard working! What a way for management to respond to a complaint. There was never a point where other services…read morewere discussed as an option, as I would have taken that route IF he had taken the time to come out and physically look at the home and what truly needed to be done if that was the case. Your service technician as soon as I explained the problem *this is what the majority of this 15 minute call was about* he went straight to excavating and said any other way would not fix it. Pricing was mentioned right after the problem was discussed. As I mentioned in my original review at no point did i never had an issue with pricing, the service technician REFUSED to come and view my property and the issues prior to giving me any form of quote to make sure what he was suggesting for repair was what was actually needed. THIS is why I rated this company what I did in the original review as well as why we chose to go elsewhere for a price that was higher but at least they came and viewed the damage first before making an assessment. I would also wonder how an assessment of my call was done with your technician when he called me from a cell phone and no one ever stated a call was recorded.

I had bad experiences with other cleaning services and was really skeptical when I signed up for…read morethe twice monthly plan. Coming from Miami where cleaning services are generally not too expensive, paying upwards of $100 per cleaning seemed a lot to me. After comparing prices, I quickly figured out that Clean My Space CT had some of the better priced cleaning plans. As such, I bit the bullet and tried them out. I asked for 8am the first Saturday so I could be there to monitor and also get some errands done afterwards. I thought for sure they're going to say no (they didn't) or cancel last minute like some other places had (again they didn't). They gave me a half hour window when their cleaning crew would arrive, 8-8:30. I set my alarm for 7:50 thinking I had time to pick up since obvious that meant they would get to my house at 8:30. They did not. At 8 on the dot there was a ring at my door and there were two smiling ladies who said they would be cleaning my house. They brought all their own, took off their shoes and started cleaning. I have two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It's not huge but it does take me about a good 4-5 hours to (half ass) clean it by myself. These two ladies finished in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and my house has never looked better. They are trustworthy and punctual and thorough. I think there whole team is absolutely amazing. There was one Saturday that one lady came by herself and I was a little worried because I thought she'd take much longer by herself but nope, finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time (3-3 1/2 hrs). She cleaned just as well as the other two lady cleaning team. So, after a long winded story, I HIGHLY recommend Clean My Space CT. They may not be cheap but they are worth every single penny for the peace of mind that they give and the excellent job that they do.
