We walked in & were starving and so excited to finally try Isabella's!! :) As soon as we entered we realized they were mopping floors right up to and around the front door so we made sure we didn't get incorrect info & asked what time they closed... they said they were open for another 90 minutes. Ok, cool for clean floors! The employees were nice overall but it was obvious we were interrupting their closing time and felt rushed to order instead of reading & asking menu questions - as us silly consumers will do to consider options TO order. I ordered my fav - lasagna, it was ok & very cheesy yet so very bland, surely one forgot to add seasonings in the tomato sauce/gravy. We ordered one piece of cheese pizza but they charged & gave us two (didn't notice until later), 2 calzones they each said were mostly breading... My husband & I agreed that for the price & lack of quality, we were juat disappointed. read more

I came here right before they changed from Milanos to Isabella. Every Milanos I had was alright, but I was blown away with how good this pizza was! It is real New York style pizza!!! Hands down. Eat pizza place in Memphis!! My favorite is the white pizza! read more

Wifey grew up in greater Buffalo...where they only eat pizza, pizza pie and wings. ;-) This place rocks her taste buds (I rock her world). Real NY joint. Nice staff and fast. Their salads are enough for two. I heard there's other Milano's around the area and told they're not as good. I won't risk getting on Wifey's bad side when it comes to NY pizza. Ordered a cheese pizza from here believing their lie of new name/same pizza. The crust was bland, the sauce was spead so thin you barely notice it's there and i can only assume that the thin plastic like coating over the whole thing is cheese. By time i got home (and I live within 5 minutes of the store) my pizza was cold and rubbery. Not anything like Milano's!! Will not be a return customer. read more

There are a lot of places to get pizza in Bartlett, this is without a doubt the best of the pack. Huge slices, lots of toppings (get them to make you a meat lovers fresh). Beats the nearby Milano's on taste, slice size, and price. Staff is very friendly. If i had to say something negative it would be that the drink lids are not close to the soda fountain. read more

The pizza is NYC style thin crust and will not disappoint, but the true stars are the calzone and stromboli. Their spinach calzone may be the best in the Memphis area. What really makes this place stand out is the friendly service and professional staff. The owners are usually working the counter or oven, which helps the place maintain QC. read more

Tried this place for lunch and ordered a veggie pie to go with mozzerella sticks while I waited. The pizza is New York Style which I have not had in years and was so excited when I finally had my first piece. It was delicious. The cheesesticks and fresh marinara were so good. read more

This place has really great pizza, extra big and yummy salads and lots of sandwiches and pasta. Very clean and fast. The only thing I wish was different was the pizza topping choices. They only have the basics which is fine but this place could be amazing if they carried some avocado, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, pesto sauce, nuts etc. read more

Had issues with and order. Owner was reluctant but agreed to fix pizza that was made incorrect. Owners daughter was extremely rude. Wife ordered a drink. Order was taken... money was taken...after the fact we were informed that they did not have the drink in question. At that point the owners daughter came over and told my wife "didn't you come in yesterday and order the same thing and we didn't have it .... so why would we have it today". Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. We have been loyal customers ever since the days of Dino's pizza in the Raleigh Springs Mall. The family would have had a full come apart if they heard the way the daughter spoke to customers... money was refunded... Wife told daughter that her customer service sucks. Daughter popped back the my wife's does too. This is hands down my favorite pizza place ever. I love the calzones. If you love cheesy goodness like I do they are to die for. The pizza is awesome as well. The service is always impeccable from a take out perspective, as I have never dined in, but I see they draw an excellent crowd on a Saturday afternoon and manage it very well. I have waited longer at a McDonald's and got mediocre food, this place is half the wait of a fast food chain with the flavor of a five star Italian restaurant. Dude! Best pizza in Memphis, hands down - this location in particular. I used to own a pizza place and these folks know what's up. Slices are huge and the employees know what it means to work at a pizza shop. A nice mixture of customer service and living the kicked back pizza life. Outstanding! I had the sausage roll husband had the steak sandwich we also shared a chef salad everything was super delicious the salad was huge with lots of fresh toppings. The sausage roll was filled with really good mozzarella cheese and sausage. Husband steak sandwich was full of grilled steak peppers onions mushrooms cheese it came with marinara to dip perfect combination we were offered a sample of their in house made Italian dressing it is a must try! I ordered 2 large pizzas to go one cheese and one half pepperoni and half beef. The person taking the order repeated my order as one large cheese and one large half cheese, half pepperoni and beef. I corrected her but when I picked up my pizza - I told them i had 2 pizzas to go and they gave me the two pizzas on top of the oven and I was ask if I wanted cheese and pepper packets. I did not check the pizzas nor did they show me the pizzas. When I got home and discovered the mistake - I had a half cheese and half pepperoni and beef. I called and the person answering the phone put the person on the phone that had taken the ordered and she told that I got what I ordered and that she said she verified that when the call was made. I also called back and talked to the manager/owner she was unconcerned and offered no apology and did not offer even a replacement pizza at half price. It was their mistake - I know what I ordered, my mistake was in not checking the pizzas when I picked them up but I as the customer should not ave to do that. It was not a complicated order. The lack of concern and the Attitude that it could not have been a mistake on their end by the management is just wrong. I have been a customer at that particular Milanos/Isabella's for years and never had a problem with Milanos but Isabella's is a different matter. I will now go out of my way to find a Milanos. I thinks their pizza is better than Isabella's anyway but Isabella's was close to theirs. I was told that this store changed hands due to a divorce property settlement and I have found differences in the crust and the stuffed pizzas and the calamine and sausage rolls. They are close but not the same as when it was Milanos. read more

Had lunch of ravioli, garlic knots and salad. The ravioli was tough, the sauce was bitter and was tastless. The garlic knots tasted old and stale. This was my first and last visit to the Cordova location. I would give it negative stars. read more
