I made the mistake of taking the next available person rather than waiting for the shop owner, Sharda. I was with Amy who did a nice job but didn't cut the length nor offer lotion/aloe. Her pricing was only $8 compared to Sharda's $12 price. The thread used was a bit thinner and harsher than I was used to but I have sensitive skin. I'd definitely come back and see the service difference when working with Sharda. Pro Tip: Credit card cannot be accepted for any service under $20 so be sure to bring cash!
