I want to start by saying I had the best experience. The moment I walked in the door, the receptionist, DeeDee, made me feel I was in the right place. I instantly felt so welcomed. My appointment was with Joanne to have my eyebrows done. I really didn't know what I wanted, but after meeting and talking with Joanne, I finally just deferred to her on what she felt was best for me, only mentioning I wanted soft-looking brows with little maintenance. She took her time (about 2 hours) and when she gave me the mirror I was taken aback. Going from little to no brows was a bit of a shock. But, confidently said 'trust the process'. According to the care card I received, the brows will go through several minor changes for about 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, I went back and Joanne (and I) 'tweaked' the brows to perfection. I am now 3 months out and love them more every day. I wish I had done this years ago. I don't have to refine them or touch them up. I admit the cost was a bit pricey, but I did my research and found if I wanted the best, SABI and Joanne were the place to be. It is so much fun when friends ask me 'What did you change? I was told that "additional work" would be a minimum of $100 more. Their standards for quality and accountability to make right any problems with services performed did not meet my expectations. I asked them to do a touchup, but they refused me and I have a wedding this weekend. I'm very disappointed in this place. They offered me a slot during my work shift even though I was in their office. Not happy at all.
