I asked if the tools were sterilized and he ignored the question. The UV curing lamp was greasy on the inside. 2. I showed a picture of what I wanted, they came out nothing like it. The shape is off and color was not right. I was offered chrome for an upcharge after my service began. I also did not get any of the usual manicure services included. He just pushed back my cuticles and began applying the plastic nails. When completed, I was left with excess hardened gel all over my fingers and misshapen nails despite saying multiple times they were crooked. 3. It's been 12 hours since I got the manicure and 1 nail popped off. The positive is the front desk woman. She was polite and helpful in choosing a color comparable to what I was looking for and helped find my technician when he disappeared. Usually I go to Mario Tricoci, but I moved and I wanted a new place to go. So I found an online deal for a single process color plus a cut for Adagio. I made an appointment and the people were very great. So I have dirty blonde roots and my hair had grown out about three inches (I have long hair and it's probably about 20 inches long), with the rest of my hair a couple shades lighter. The stylist said that she had to dye my ends first and then my roots. So she brushed color on the ends of my hair and then proceeded to rip apart sections of my hair to dye my roots. The dye had made my ends dry and tangly. It was the most painful experience of hair dying I've ever had. The stylist kept apologizing profusely, but it didn't make the pain any less. I've also never experienced this anywhere else, no one has ever ripped apart my hair...I think normally they divide it into sections do the rest of my hair and then dye the roots while in the sections. The hair stylist who cut my hair did a great job. She cut it exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately the experience I had during the hair dye part makes me not want to go back.

I came in for a blowout and wasn't able to add in the notes that I have extensions. That was zero issue for her once I arrived and we got going right on time. She did an awesome wash on my hair which needed it so badly and I think she put in an extra treatment or clarifier type of thing. My hair was in bad shape, and she really got it looking good with the wash, and then the styling! We chatted for most of the appointment, and I really liked her vibe! She's the kind of person that everybody wants to be friends with. Really awesome blowout experience and It was super cheap! I'll definitely come back to Dondy next time I'm visiting my friends!
