I've been coming to Beauty From Within Spa for quite a while now. I've gone to Noelle for multiple services and I can say she delivers consistent and high quality results every time. My job can get stressful during peak season, and I work long hours. As a result, my high cortisol levels cause my hair to get oily and gross. My hair eventually started feeling super dead and heavy, and I felt too exhausted to take care of it at all. Eventually I looked into holistic treatments to see if they could help me, and chose to book with Noelle because she's a licensed and state-certified specialist. She reviewed my intake form with me and we went ahead with a scalp facial. The results were great; I could literally feel my stress melting away and my head feeling lighter. I go back every few months (whenever I get a free moment, honestly) to get the scalp facial treatment and the results are always great. The last time I went, I also requested the Gua Sha Lymphatic Add-On treatment to help with my jaw tension. I recently was visiting a friend in Schaumburg and wanted to treat ourselves to a spa day. We were texting with Noelle to figure out our schedule and she was able to accommodate our two appointments really well! We arrived at 945am and were there until almost 1pm. While the appointment itself is ~60 minutes, there was prep time, transition time, sanitation, etc. She walked us through the experience and even showed us photos of our scalp health! I was so intrigued and disgusted at my scalp... there isn't a waiting room, per say, so I sat quietly on a stool and watched my friend get her scalp facial. Noelle walks you through the entire experience and I know my friend fell asleep! After her experience, Noelle sanitized everything and then it was my turn! Since she already gave us both the background and history, we jumped right on in. My biggest issue was that my experience was a little different than what my friend experienced. There was a lot more talking than I anticipated so I didn't get a chance to relax as well, and definitely not fall asleep! She did apologize but honestly that detracted from my experience and I wasn't overly thrilled by it. However, I still enjoyed the treatment. I'm not sure if a scalp facial is supposed to leave your hair feeling oily though? My scalp felt GREAT but my hair was completely greasy by the time it was dry and I wanted to wash it almost immediately... maybe that's what the experience is supposed to be? I'm not sure, but my scalp did feel cleansed and the waterfall experience was unique! I do want to try this experience again to see if my hair feels the same or not, but I probably won't drive back to Schaumburg to get it done since I live 3.5 hours away. read more

I have been trying to find a esthestician in the suburbs for almost a year since I moved to the area. I checked out a couple other places prior to checking out Noelle and the places were not for me (not experienced/not clean/not calming etc). Facial care is soo important and much needed for me as I struggled with adult acne and now have some acne scars I'd like to get cleared up...and occasional pimples. Noelle has been kind from the initial communication I had with her. The process in setting up an appointment with her is simple via her website and I like the fact that she has some later hrs (after work hrs) available in the week and Saturday hrs! Consultation: She really listens! We spent a good amount of time prior to starting the facial process and she explained what she was doing along with the products she was using for my skin. I really appreciate the knowledge that she shares regarding the skincare line she uses and recommendations for my skin. She is persuasive :) because she is passionate about what she does and the products that she uses. She is not the type of person that will pressure someone to buy any of the products that she has available so that's a plus (not a fan of pushy salespeople). I was tempted but didn't buy all the products as I wanted to finish off my current products first. Facial: The customized facial which also comes with consultation (if you are a first time customer) is great. She will listen to your concerns and provide suggestions/options on what would be best for your skin. The facial was relaxing and she also gives a positive vibe throughout your time with her. I enjoyed the shoulder/back and hand massages that she provided as we had the mask on my face (not many estheticians provide this service within your facial). Pros: -Location is within Streets of Woodfield so there is plenty of parking and you can shop/eat before or after...if you are with a friend or partner, you can also have them hangout in the area while you get your facial -Noelle is knowlegeable, passionate & an experienced esthetician -the person you speak to will actually do your facial (I've made appointments in the past at other places where the person or owner I speak with doesn't do my facial) -clean! Cleanliness is soo important to me and probably good to go to a clean place for your face. She provides your own disposable slippers and headwrap -relaxing! It is nice to be able to wind down after a long day / week..she also sprays some nice smelling aroma in addition to some relaxing music. -Noelle also provides other services that I have yet to try but I'm sure it's great..she wears multiple hats! Cons: -if you aren't used to getting facials, you may consider it on the expensive side (I think it is worth it though..it pays off in the long run) Check it out if you are looking for a facial or any other services she is providing. read more

Noelle was so great! She was able to accommodate me and my friend for a last minute facial (back to back appointments) as our plans had changed for the day. She goes through a thorough consultation if you're a new client and makes sure you are getting what you are wanting out of your facial. While you are getting your facial, it's very soothing and she takes her time to do things right. Noelle also uses holistic and clean products. I had my very first head spa to start off the new year. Noelle explained the process in detail to make sure I knew what to expect. She carefully took the before and after pictures of my scalp to show the difference. Noelle is incredible. The consultation is extremely in depth about the process, what you're looking for with the treatment, her personal history and about her journey to this business. I was on vacation in Illinois over the summer when I ran out of my Lira Clinical moisturizer. In desperation, I immediately googled places around me that sold this brand and Beauty From Within Spa was the first place that popped up. I rushed there right before closing and was so happy with my experience with Noelle. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to get to know me and my skin before answering my questions/recommending anything. I never felt pressured to buy extra products but her professionalism and genuinely caring personality led to me to leave with two additional Lira Clinical products that I was excited to try!
