I had a facial with Lori at Mind Body Care and it was honestly a great experience…read more First off, the facial itself was fantastic -- relaxing, professional, and I walked out feeling noticeably better. But what really stood out to me was that Lori didn't just do the service and send me on my way. She actually took time to explain what she was doing and why, and helped me understand how to take better care of my skin going forward. I'm not someone who grew up knowing anything about skincare, and Lori broke things down in a way that was clear, practical, and not overwhelming. She answered my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or upsold. The space is calm, welcoming, and you can tell there's real care behind what they do here. If you're looking for someone who actually wants you to understand your skin -- not just book another appointment -- I can't recommend Lori enough. I'll definitely be back.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this amazing practice. I was initially referred by a…read morefriend to the practice because I needed a general doctor. At my first appointment (and btw I love Angelica the nurse practitioner...so patient and knowledgeable), I noticed the med spa part of the office. So, I'm very into trying new products, but never ventured into the world of botox/fillers...although I've been curious, especially since turning 44!! I started with the aquagold facial. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to dabble, but isn't ready for injections. Taylor was fantastic in that she completely managed my expectations. She let me know that I would love the results, but likely it wouldn't be enough. Omg, was she spot on! I glowed, but it didn't really fill in anything. Fast forward to quarantine when we were all stuck at home looking drab (haha!). I did a virtual appointment with Dr. Nisha, who is literally the coolest doctor I have ever met...you'll want to be friends with her! Dr. Nisha knew exactly what I wanted, and so I trusted her with Volbella for above my lip and my actual lip. The results are so natural that not even my husband knows I had anything done. I have had tons of compliments, but no one actually knows! Finally, on my last visit, I bought the August promotion. They are great for monthly promotions! I had 2 facials for $200. So, I just got microdermabrasion for the first time and love it. Again, this was with the awesome Taylor and my skin is so clean! I have literally found my spot. I am very conservative and love that they don't push me. They all seem to get that I just want to be a better version of myself, not someone different!

I'm pretty surprised with how my actual experience was at AH Laser because of their outstanding…read morereviews. The secretaries and technicians here were all very nice, especially my laser hair removal tech, Taylor. She was great, so informative, and made me feel super comfortable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. I recommend trying another place out first.

Let me side bar…read morethis real quick-- my previous lash lady worked in Granger, IN and drove all the way to Schaumburg, IL to get her lashes done by Liz. That is 2.5 hours, folks! That's some serious commitment. That was more than enough to convince me to try her out. I started using Liz as soon as I moved and have been using her ever since. It has been about 3 years. Full transparency, I have tried other lash services in Chicago over the years in hopes to eliminate making the drive to the suburbs every few weeks. Let me tell you, it has never been worth it. The quality of Liz's services, lashes and technique by far surpass any of the other companies or products I have tried...and there have been many. I finally stopped trying other places because why mess with a good thing ;) For those of you who are reading reviews for cost purposes, I will let you know that she comes in very competitively. In my opinion, where she beats everyone coming in the same range, is the length of time the lashes actually stay on. Most places advertise three weeks, but I have only successfully experienced that with Liz. Aside from my personal love for my lashes, I am constantly getting compliments on the uniqueness of my lashes and the quality. I highly recommend her.

DONT GO HERE!!! Save your money!! My wife and I have spent almost $60,000 with Dr. Bradley Ashpole…read moreand her results are very very disappointing. We put our trust in this place and in these Dr's to be completely and utterly disappointed. 1st surgery was a breast reconstruction surgery and we noticed the Incisions bigger than usual and her breast spread apart and not sitting right. 2nd surgery was an arm lift and after surgery same thing, Incisions bigger than usual and some keloid. 3rd surgery was a complete body lift. From my understanding in between these surgeries the dr would reassure my wife that everything is done in sessions. Long story short my wife got her arms done 3 times by dr Ashpole and no difference from the first surgery. We've gotten 3 different opinions and all have said this Dr. Has done a horrible job. One leg is bigger than the other. One leg no keloid and healing ok but the other is bad. She's got a ball on the back of one of her arms. I went there to speak with the owner to make light of all this and with hope of getting a resolution. To fix her. Dr. Garg got loud with my wife by the entrance until he saw me. Took us to his office but the conversation didn't go anywhere. He kept insisting we speak with Ashpole and giving us the run around. At the end told us find someone to fix her and he will pay for it. We've found several Dr's that would help her but after trying to contact Dr Garg he was nowhere to be found. Secretary finally told us that he stated he's not responsible and has nothing to do with Dr Ashpole. WOW!! 2 weeks later we received a letter from Ashpole stating that he can no longer see her. I went again to talk with Dr Garg and the secretary told me he's not in will be back at 2pm. I came with my wife at 2 pm to find out they called the police and said I threatened them. This place is the worst of the worst!!! The nicest people at first until they get your money. There all about money and they don't care about patients. Be careful what you ask for, they will do what they want with you and say that's all they can do. They are lairs, cheaters and thieves. BE WARNED!!!! He changed the business name to Bradley Ashpole
