Kind of funny how originally he told me the product would last about a year and now it's only gonna take a few months to dissolve on its own. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

I want to start by saying Dr. Parikh is an amazing doctor, and I truly loved my lipo shots. I even…read morereferred multiple clients to her based solely on my experience, and I never imagined things would end this way. I signed a contract acknowledging the liquid BBL filler would last 1-3 years, with one year being the minimum expected duration. Unfortunately, my results lasted barely 3 months, and most of that was swelling. They emphasize heavily that "results are not guaranteed," but realistically that means you can spend thousands and end up with nothing if the filler "metabolizes quickly," as they claim. During my procedure, I began feeling extremely faint. I had to lie down and was given juice, yet they still attempted to upsell me more filler and encouraged me to pay additional money. It came across as very money-driven and not medically cautious. I did pay extra, and I regret it. Not only did the filler last only 3 months, but it was also completely lopsided because significantly more product was placed in one hip than the other. Once the swelling went down, the fullness disappeared entirely. They even used my photos for promotion on Instagram, which I later asked them to remove. Imagine paying nearly $5,000 for hip filler that lasted about 25% of the minimum time and left me uneven. I was refunded $600 (the amount I paid that day for additional filler), which shows the treatment was not performed successfully. However, they will not offer a full refund, which is extremely disappointing considering the circumstances and the amount of business I've brought them. Due to the lack of resolution, I have filed a dispute with Cherry and am preparing a small claims case. I will also be posting a YouTube video reviewing my experience--search "Laser Skin & Wellness Liquid BBL experience" by the end of the week. I still think highly of Dr. Parikh herself, but I cannot overlook the outcome or how this situation was handled.
